Urania Meranʼs “Intercultural Café” aims to be an international gathering within an intercultural
atmosphere for all generations. It addresses visitors interested in cultural exchange with people from other countries, to learn about these cultures and provide an opportunity for them to integrate. Our intention is to encourage communication between emigrants and local residents in a relaxed, friend
ly and non discriminatory atmosphere. What do we offer? The “Intercultural Café”, which will be open on
Fridays, provides a framework for the realisation of ideas for successful integration which should be particularly enriched by ideas and suggestions from others. One Friday every month, the “Intercultural Café” opens its doors for larger events. These evenings provide an open space to plan
joint activities e.g. information evenings on sociopolitical, legal and educational issues; film nights, cultural presentations from different communities including dance, art, music, etc. Il “Caffè interculturale” dell’urania meran si propone come luogo preposto ad incontri internazionali, un luogo in cui incontrare persone di diverse generazioni in un’atmosfera interculturale. Il “Caffè interculturale”
ospita persone con interesse e voglia di incontrarsi con cittadini e cittadine provenienti da altri paesi e apprendere qualcosa dalle altre culture. Persone con e senza background migratorio trovano uno spazio per comunicare in un ambiente aperto, paritario e senza pregiudizi. Che cosa offriamo? Il nostro progetto “Caffè interculturale” sarà un
“contenitore” aperto di venerdì in cui troveranno
spazio sia nostre idee per facilitare l’inclusione
e raccogliere soprattutto nuove idee e proposte. Una volta al mese di venerdì sera si terranno manifestazioni aperte a tutti. Saranno l’occasione per organizzare e realizzare nuove idee e attività come ad esempio serate informative su temi sociali, politici, giuridici o educativi, oppure per vedere un film, presentare una comunità , danzare o altro. Es will BesucherInnen ansprechen, die Interesse
haben, sich mit Menschen aus anderen Ländern zu treffen und etwas von anderen Kulturen zu erfahren. In einer offenen, partnerschaftlichen und vorurteilsfreien Atmosphäre soll Kommunikation von Menschen
mit und ohne Migrationshintergrund stattfinden. Was bieten wir an? Das „Interkulturelle Cafè“ findet freitags statt und bildet einen Rahmen für die Verwirklichung unserer Ideen für eine gelingende Integration, soll aber vor allem durch Ideen und Vorschläge von außen bereichert werden. Einmal im Monat – am Freitagabend – finden Treffen statt, wo Raum für neue Ideen und gemeinsame Aktivitäten ist, dies können z. Informationsabende zu sozialen, politischen, rechtlichen oder Erziehungs-Themen, Filmabende, die Vorstellung der eigenen kulturellen Gemeinschaft, Tanzabende
und anderes mehr sein.
