From 4th to 6th September we carried out our final transnational project meeting in , hosted by .
To conclude the project, 28 participants from , , , and , were involved in the coordination meeting and for a dissemination conference, to present the project results to the public.

Iniciativa Internacional Joven, from Malaga (Spain), partner of the project “RE- IN- JOB – Non-formal education for adult social inclusion and re-employment”, hosted the first blended mobility for adult learners from 2 to 8 May 2022.

These days in Spain were preceded by virtual training on this platform (on April 22-26) in which all those who then participated in the activities proposed by AIIJ, took part. Each partner organization sent 4 people from its territory (France, Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Italy), who met in these 5 days of “training”, together with the 3 chosen by the host organization.

The aim of the mobility was to develop citizenship competence, cultural awareness and expression competence and entrepreneurship competence through online and face-to-face training.

From 28 June to 3 July 2022, Marsciano (Italy), was the chosen venue for the TC4, the blended mobility for adult learners, the last training opportunity within the project “RE-IN-JOB – Non-formal education for adult inclusion social and re-employment “. Iniciativa Internacional Joven GLAFKA ACD La HOYA

Yesterday we carried out a project coordination meeting in Italy. We planned the blended mobilities for adult learners that will be hosted by Iniciativa Internacional Joven in in May and by Travelogue APS in in June.
We will start to select our learners and to organise the learning activities that will be held online and during the mobilities.

Today a we held an online coordination meeting.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions we had to cancel the meeting in Elche ( ) and to meet virtually.
We are now working for the creation of online learning modules for the development of of adults
Soon they will be available on our project's website https://reinjob.eu/.
We are also planning 2 blended mobilities of adult learners in Spain and Italy in May and June.

Travelogue APS Iniciativa Internacional Joven GLAFKA Go-Woman Alliance CIC ACD La HOYA

The second training meeting for the staff of the partner organisations of the project "RE-IN-JOB- Non-formal education for adult social inclusion and re-employment" was held in from 22 to 24 November. The project is co-fundedd by the program Erasmus+ of the European Union and aims at the labor integration of disadvantaged people.
GLAFKA s.r.o., the partner organization from Czech Republic, hosted on this occasion the other partners of the project from , , and , who met in these 3 days of training.
The different fields of the organisations that take part in the project allowed a comparison and an exchange of constructive experiences also regarding the different responses to the daily problems that the organisations themselves and their beneficiaries have to face.The intercultural exchange, therefore, has led to an enrichment in both practical and value terms.
During the training the work was carried out through the methodology of the exchange of good practices and of the "group work" in order to favour a continuous interaction between the participants and the acquisition of new knowledge to be applied in the professional field.

Hosted by GLAFKA, the participants from , , and are sharing good practices and discovering digital tools for career guidance and adult education.
