Centro Linguistico d'Ateneo (CLA) Università di Macerata

Founded in September 2004, the objective of the CLA is to contribute to multilingualism, Lifelong Language Learning, and the mastery of language competency through internal assessments and/or universally recognized exams, the development of advanced technology and multimedia in favour of languages, with the aim of reinforcing European identity and international exchange programmes, using the main

languages of communication and culture, while respecting Linguistic differences and promoting “minority languages”. The CLA therefore joins in the affirmation of tolerance and in the fight against racism, xenophobia and discrimination. It is designed primarily for students, teachers and the technical administrative staff of the University, the CLA aims to be an open institution within the territory, going from schools to the world of work and offering its services to both the Italian and foreign populations.

Prende forma una rete nazionale composta da 41 istituzioni della formazione superiore, coinvolte nel WP2 e WP3 del progetto FAMI “Welcome. Formare per accogliere – We.For”.

Il Ministero ha individuato nell’Università di Tor Vergata il soggetto capofila e responsabile del coordinamento delle attività.

Il partenariato oggi coinvolge:
• 28 Università
• 11 istituzioni AFAM
• 2 SSML

Una rete distribuita su tutto il territorio nazionale che collaborerà allo sviluppo di percorsi formativi, strumenti, servizi e procedure condivise finalizzati a migliorare l’accoglienza e l’accompagnamento di studentesse e studenti provenienti da Paesi terzi, migranti e titolari di protezione internazionale.

The University of Macerata’s Language Centre (CLA) is offering two Italian language courses for international students—whether you're already studying at UniMC or planning to join us in the near future:

- 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐨 @𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐌𝐂

This intermediate summer course (A2–B1) is designed for international students currently studying at UniMC.

Led by our official instructor Francesco Nati, the course will help you improve your Italian in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere—perfect for navigating daily life and academic conversations more easily.
