There is a kind of tiredness that a holiday doesn’t always reach.

When you have been carrying too much for too long, sometimes what you need is not more stimulation, more plans, or more things to do.

You need less.

Less noise.
Less rushing.
Less responsibility.

And more space to hear yourself again.

On a small volcanic island in the Azores, KUKUU creates intimate Nervous System Reset experiences shaped around nature, nourishing food, thermal waters, movement, breath, rest and genuine human connection.

No performance.
No pressure to transform.

Just the conditions for the body to soften, restore its natural rhythm, and begin again.

A whole-person Reset, held differently. 🤍

Personalized health guidance, intelligent movement, medicinal nourishment, nervous-system regulation, thermal waters and immersion in nature.

Rest. Nourishment. Movement. Nature. Connection.

Not a fitness retreat.
Not a wellness bootcamp.

A deeply personal experience shared with only four women.

What if seven days weren’t about becoming someone new — but returning to yourself? 🤍

A quieter nervous system.
A stronger body.
Deep nourishment.
Space to understand what you actually need.

The KUKUU Small Group Reset brings four women together on Graciosa for seven days of whole-person restoration — body, mind and inner rhythm.

For the first time, KUKUU is opening a limited number of Small Group Reset weeks — intimate experiences for just 4 women.

A space to step away from the demands of everyday life and allow the whole person to recalibrate.

Body. Mind. Spirit.

Nervous system regulation. Restorative movement and strength. Nourishing food. Volcanic thermal waters. Nature. Rest. Reflection. Connection.

Nothing to perform. Nothing to prove.

Just time, space and thoughtful support to begin feeling more like yourself again.

Pela primeira vez, a KUKUU abre algumas semanas de Small Group Reset — experiências intimistas para apenas 4 mulheres.

Um espaço para se afastar das exigências do dia a dia e permitir que o todo se reequilibre.

Corpo. Mente. Espírito.

Regulação do sistema nervoso. Movimento restaurativo e fortalecimento. Alimentação nutritiva. Águas termais vulcânicas. Natureza. Descanso. Reflexão. Conexão.

Nada para provar. Nenhum desempenho exigido.

Apenas tempo, espaço e acompanhamento cuidadoso para começar a sentir-se novamente mais próxima de si.

The retreat does not begin when you arrive on the island.

It begins earlier.

With a conversation.
With listening.
With understanding where your system is now —
not where you think it should be.

There is no preparation to “do right.”
No detox to complete.
No version of yourself to bring.

The work begins by meeting you exactly as you are.

Everything else unfolds from there.

21/01/2026

This is not a retreat to become someone new.

It is a return to yourself.

The place is not the medicine.
It is the container.

Private. Grounded. Designed for regulation.

12/01/2026

This work is not designed to fix you.

It is designed to create the conditions
where your body can regulate itself.

10/01/2026

This work happens on Graciosa Island.

Not because it is beautiful —
but because it is quiet.

The land does not demand performance.
The pace allows the nervous system to settle.

The place is not the retreat.
It is the container.

08/01/2026

Healing does not begin with insight.

Before transformation,
the nervous system must feel held.

Safety is not a mindset.
It is a biological experience.

This is the foundation of
The KUKUU Nervous System Reset™.
