TALES aims to enhance the skills of youth workers working with young women in marginalized communities, including migrant women, women living in Roma settlements, women facing violence and discrimination, and those in patriarchal areas. The project promotes trauma-sensitive, non-formal education methods that empower young women, strengthen youth workers’ competences, and foster inclusive and suppo

rtive communities. TALES aims to provide youth workers with innovative tools to address mental health, resilience, and social integration challenges. The TALES Training (7 days) will provide youth workers with the multimodal art expression and resilience based Marchio&Patti method to support young women facing psychological/social challenges. The TALES Seminar (5 days) will serve as a space for youth workers to exchange and fine tune best practices related to the local practices projects (women circle and AI mentoring), learn and refine trauma-informed methodologies, and develop strategies for outreach and dissemination. TALES will develop innovative outputs: Tara, the Trauma-Sensitive AI Mentor, will serve as a digital resource offering guidance and psychological support strategies for youth workers working with marginalized communities. The TALES Women Circles & Guide will provide a structured model for peer-led support groups, creating safe spaces for self-expression, empowerment, and gender equality discussions. The project will also develop TALES Cards & Ribbon of Peace, interactive and artistic multiplicatory and dissemination tools designed to facilitate dialogue, group activities and self-reflection.
