It’s our privilege and enormous pleasure to invite you to the 10th Alps-Adria Psychology Conference 2012, hosted in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Italy), September 27th - 29th , 2012. The aim of the theme is to emphasize the importance of the interaction between mind and body, particularly the implications in society, health, and wellness. As usual the Conference will be open to all fields of psychology and

particular attention will be paid to the promotion of young scientists by awarding prizes for their research work. Colleagues from all countries as well as from Alps-Adria countries are invited to take part in the 10th Alps-Adria Psychology Conference with oral presentations, poster presentations, round table discussions, symposia and workshops in all the main psychology areas, like: perception, cognition, methodology, evaluation, developmental, social, educational, clinical, health, personality, biological psychology, emotion, motivation, general psychology, organizational, economic, evolutionary psychology and other areas of psychology. All the participants are invited to share the spirit of the conference, paying attention to both scientific contents and personal relations. The aims of the conference are, therefore, not only to get new insight into the research and to exchange scientific experiences, but also to establish a feeling of friendship, collaboration and conviviality between participants from member countries. These are the values that join the Alps Adria community and which will be also part of the 10th Alps-Adria Psychology Conference. Therefore, with this homely and friendly feeling, I’m glad to invite you to participate to the 2012 conference.
