Questo è un monogramma pittografico composto dalle tre lettere della parola Ge'ez per "Fuoco" (E)ssat እሳት. Mostra il potere della Lingua Pura di rappresentare le fisionomie naturali delle cose attraverso le forme delle lettere dei nomi. Quest'opera d'arte è stata prodotta dal grande artista Rastafari Ras Jata con la mia assistenza culturale e linguistica.

Il fuoco è stato il primo elemento creato da Egziabhier. La sua supremazia elementale è manifestata dalla prima lettera della sua parola, cioè un Alief nella sesta vocale እ (E). Alief è la prima lettera dell'Alfabeto Abughida del Ge'ez: il suo valore gematrico è 1, e rappresenta l'Io-Sé del Creatore da cui tutto si origina. L'Alief raffigura un'effigie umana, è la stessa Alief della parola "Immagine" (Araya አርአያ) e "Somiglianza" (Amsal አምሳል) e "Figura" (Melke መልክእ), e fu nel fuoco del roveto ardente che Egziabhier rivelò il suo volto a Mosè (Esodo 3), e nel fuoco possiamo vedere l'immagine dell'individuo, divino o umano. Il fuoco rappresenta il potere predominante della Coscienza di Dio, la Sua Persona (Akal አካል) che ha pensato e creato tutte le cose.

La seconda lettera della parola è un Figlio nel quarto ordine vocale, ሳ "Sa", è raffigurata come una candela e il suo valore è 300. Pronuncia il suono naturale dell'esalazione del fuoco (SSSS) e ne simboleggia la continua attività di consumazione, la natura fluida e intangibile, il suo potere regale di glorificazione (Sebhat ስብሐት "Gloria" e Wuddasie ውዳሴ "Lode") come attraverso l'incenso e il sacrificio. Questa è la forma della fiamma inferiore, attaccata alla massa ardente.

La terza e ultima lettera della parola è Taw ት "T", il cui valore è 400 e si riferisce al livello terreno. Evoca il crepitio naturale del legno che brucia, ed è raffigurato come una croce, ovvero la sostanza legnosa ardente del fuoco e la sua passività, come il roveto/pianta (Tekl ተክል) che Mosè vide nel fuoco. È un simbolo simile al suo scettro (Betr በትር) e all'Arca dell'Alleanza (Tabot ታቦት), contenente l'essenza della Divinità così come il roveto contiene la fiamma.

መዝሙር ፡ ፲ወ፯ ።

ፍጻሜ ፡ ዘገብረ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ዘዳዊት ።
ዘተናገሮ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ በቃለ ፡ ማኅሌት ፤
በዕለተ ፡ አድኅኖ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እምእደ ፡
ኵሎሙ ፡ ጸላእቱ ፡ ወእምእደ ፡ ሳኦል ፡ ወይቤ ።
ነገሩ ፡ ለዳዊት ፡ ዘደኃሪ ፡ አመ ፡ ኀልቁ ፡ ጸላእቱ ።

ኣፈቅረከ ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ በኀይልየ ።
እግዚአብሔር ፡ ኀይልየ ፡ ወጸወንየ ፡ ወመድኀኒየ ።
አምላኪየ ፡ ወረዳኢየ ፡ ወእትዌከል ፡ ቦቱ ።

ወአርሐብከ ፡ መካይድየ ፡ በመትሕቴየ ።
ወኢደክመ ፡ ሰኰናየ ።
እዴግኖሙ ፡ ለፀርየ ፡ ወእእኅዞሙ ።
ወኢይትመየጥ ፡ እስከ ፡ ኣጠፍኦሙ ።
ኣመነድቦሙ ፡ ወኢይክሉ ፡ ቀዊመ ።
ወይወድቁ ፡ ታሕተ ፡ እገርየ ።
ወታቀንተኒ ፡ ኀይለ ፡ በጸብእ ።
አዕቀጽኮሙ ፡ ለኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ቆሙ ፡ ላዕሌየ ፡ በመትሕቴየ ።
ወመጠውከኒ ፡ ዘባኖሙ ፡ ለፀርየ ።
ወሠረውኮሙ ፡ ለጸላእትየ ።
ዐውየዉ ፡ ወኀጥኡ ፡ ዘይረድኦሙ ።
ወኀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወኢሰምዖሙ ።
አሐርጾሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ጸበል ፡ ዘቅድመ ፡ ገጸ ፡ ነፋስ ።
ወእኪይዶሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ጽንጕነ ፡ መርሕብ ።
አድኅነኒ ፡ እምነቢበ ፡ አሕዛብ ።
ወትሠይመኒ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ርእሰ ፡ ሕዝብ ።
ሕዝብ ፡ ዘኢያአምር ፡ ተቀንየ ፡ ሊተ ።
ውስተ ፡ ምስማዐ ፡ እዝን ፡ ተሰጥዉኒ ።
ውሉደ ፡ ነኪር ፡ ሐሰዉኒ ።
ውሉደ ፡ ነኪር ፡ በልዩ ።
ወሐንከሱ ፡ በፍኖቶሙ ።
ሕያው ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወቡሩክ ፡ አምላኪየ ።
ወተለዐለ ፡ አምላከ ፡ መድኀኒትየ ።
አምላኪየ ፡ ያገብእ ፡ በቀልየ ።
ወአግረረ ፡ ሊተ ፡ አሕዛበ ፡ በመትሕቴየ ።
ዘይባልሐኒ ፡ እምጸላእትየ ፡ ምንስዋን ።
ወዘያሌዕለኒ ፡ እምእለ ፡ ቆሙ ፡ ላዕሌየ ።
እምብእሲ ፡ ገፋዒ ፡ ባልሐኒ ።
በእንተ ፡ ዝ ፡ እገኒ ፡ ለከ ፡ በውስተ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ እግዚኦ ።
ወእዜምር ፡ ለስምከ ።
ዘያዐብያ ፡ ለመድኀኒተ ፡ ንጉሥ ።
ወይገብር ፡ ምሕረቶ ፡ ለመሲሑ ።
ለዳዊት ፡ ወለዘርዑ ፡ እስከ ፡ ለዓለም ።

Of fulfillment, of the servant of Egziabhier, of David ::
Who spoke to Egziabhier with the word of the canticle,
on the day Egziabhier saved him from the hand
of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul, and he said this ::

And the traps of death have reached me ::
When I was troubled I called upon Egziabhier ::
And I shout close to My God ::
And He heard my word in the temple of His sanctuary ::

Psalm 17
መዝሙር ፡ ፲ወ፯ ።

ፍጻሜ ፡ ዘገብረ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ዘዳዊት ።
ዘተናገሮ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ በቃለ ፡ ማኅሌት ፤
በዕለተ ፡ አድኅኖ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እምእደ ፡
ኵሎሙ ፡ ጸላእቱ ፡ ወእምእደ ፡ ሳኦል ፡ ወይቤ ።
ነገሩ ፡ ለዳዊት ፡ ዘደኃሪ ፡ አመ ፡ ኀልቁ ፡ ጸላእቱ ።

ኣፈቅረከ ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ በኀይልየ ።
እግዚአብሔር ፡ ኀይልየ ፡ ወጸወንየ ፡ ወመድኀኒየ ።
አምላኪየ ፡ ወረዳኢየ ፡ ወእትዌከል ፡ ቦቱ ።
ምእመንየ ፡ ወቀርነ ፡ ሕይወትየ ፡ ወምስካይየ ።
እንተ ፡ ሶበ ፡ ጸዋዕክዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፤ እድኅን ፡ እምፀርየ ።
አኀዘኒ ፡ ጻዕረ ፡ ሞት ።
ወውሒዘ ፡ ዐመፃ ፡ ሆከኒ ።
ዐገተኒ ፡ ጻዕረ ፡ ሲኦል ።
ወበጽሐኒ ፡ መሣግረ ፡ ሞት ።
ሶበ ፡ ተመንደብኩ ፡ ጸዋዕክዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
ወጸራሕኩ ፡ ኀበ ፡ አምላኪየ ።
ወሰምዐኒ ፡ በጽርሐ ፡ መቅደሱ ፡ ቃልየ ።
ወጽራሕየኒ ፡ ቦአ ፡ ቅድሜሁ ፡ ውስተ ፡ እዘኒሁ ።
ርዕደት ፡ ወአድለቅለቀት ፡ ምድር ።
ወአንቀልቀሉ ፡ መሠረታተ ፡ አድባር ።
ተሀውኩ ፡ እስመ ፡ ተምዖሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
ዐርገ ፡ ጢስ ፡ እመዓቱ ።
ወነደ ፡ እሳት ፡ እምቅድመ ፡ ገጹ ።
ኀተወ ፡ አፍሓም ፡ እምኔሁ ።
አጽነነ ፡ ሰማያተ ፡ ወወረደ ።
ወቆባር ፡ ታሕተ ፡ እገሪሁ ።
ተጽዕነ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ኪሩቤል ፡ ወሰረረ ።
ወሰረረ ፡ በክነፈ ፡ ነፋስ ።
ወረሰየ ፡ ጽልመተ ፡ ምስዋሮ ።
ወዐውዶሂ ፡ ጽላሎቱ ።
ጸልሙ ፡ ማያት ፡ በውስተ ፡ ደመናት ።
ወእምብርሃነ ፡ ገጹ ፡ ኀለፉ ፡ ደመናት ፡ ቅድሜሁ ።
በረድ ፡ ወአፍሓመ ፡ እሳት ።
አንጐድጐደ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በሰማያት ።
ወልዑል ፡ ወሀበ ፡ ቃሎ ።
ፈነወ ፡ አሕጻሁ ፡ ወዘረዎሙ ።
አብዝኀ ፡ መባርቅቲሁ ፡ ወሆኮሙ ።
ወአስተርአዩ ፡ አንቅዕተ ፡ ማያት ።
ወተከሥቱ ፡ መሠረታተ ፡ ዓለም ።
እምተግሣጽከ ፡ እግዚኦ ።
ወእምእስትንፋሰ ፡ መንፈሰ ፡ መዓትከ ።
ፈነወ ፡ እምአርያም ፡ ወነሥአኒ ።
ወተመጠወኒ ፡ እማይ ፡ ብዙኅ ።
ወአድኀነኒ ፡ እምፀርየ ፡ ጽኑዓን ።
ወእምጸላእትየ ፡ እስመ ፡ ይኄይሉኒ ።
ወበጽሑኒ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ምንዳቤየ ።
ወኮነኒ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ምስካይየ ።
ወአውፅአኒ ፡ ውስተ ፡ መርሕብ ።
ወአድኀነኒ ፡ እስመ ፡ ይፈቅደኒ ።
የዐስየኒ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በከመ ፡ ጽድቅየ ።
ወይፈድየኒ ፡ በከመ ፡ ንጽሐ ፡ እደውየ ።
እስመ ፡ ዐቀብኩ ፡ ፍናዊሁ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
ወኢአበስኩ ፡ ለአምላኪየ ።
እስመ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ኵነኔሁ ፡ ቅድሜየ ፡ ውእቱ ።
ወጽድቁኒ ፡ ኢርሕቀ ፡ እምኔየ ።
ወእከውን ፡ ንጹሐ ፡ ምስሌሁ ።
ወእትዐቀብ ፡ እምኀጢአትየ ።
የዐስየኒ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በከመ ፡ ጽድቅየ ።
ወይፈድየኒ ፡ በከመ ፡ ንጽሐ ፡ እደውየ ።
በቅድመ ፡ አዕይንቲሁ ።
ምስለ ፡ ጻድቅ ፡ ትጸድቅ ።
ወምስለ ፡ ብእሲ ፡ ንጹሕ ፡ ንጹሐ ፡ ትከውን ።
ወምስለ ፡ ኅሩይ ፡ ኅሩየ ፡ ትከውን ።
ወምስለ ፡ ጠዋይ ፡ ትጠዊ ።
እስመ ፡ አንተ ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ ታድኅኖ ፡ ለሕዝብ ፡ ትሑት ።
ወታኀስሮሙ ፡ ለአዕይንተ ፡ ዕቡያን ።
እስመ ፡ አንተ ፡ ታበርህ ፡ ማኅቶትየ ፡ እግዚኦ ።
አምላኪየ ፡ ያበርህ ፡ ጽልመትየ ።
እስመ ፡ ብከ ፡ እድኅን ፡ እመንሱት ።
ወበአምላኪየ ፡ እትዐደዋ ፡ ለአረፍት ።
ለአምላኪየሰ ፡ ንጹሕ ፡ ፍኖቱ ።
ቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ርሱን ።
ወምእመኖሙ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ለኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ይትዌከሉ ፡ ቦቱ ።
መኑ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ አምላክ ፡ ዘእንበለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
ወመኑ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ዘእንበለ ፡ አምላክነ ።
እግዚአብሔር ፡ ዘያቀንተኒ ፡ ኀይለ ።
ወረሰያ ፡ ንጹሐ ፡ ለፍኖተየ ።
ዘያረትዖን ፡ ከመ ፡ ሀየል ፡ ለእገርየ ።
ወያቀውመኒ ፡ ውስተ ፡ መልዕልት ።
ዘይሜህሮን ፡ ጸብአ ፡ ለእደውየ ።
ወረሰየ ፡ ቀስተ ፡ ብርት ፡ ለመዝራዕትየ ።
ወወሀበኒ ፡ ምእመነ ፡ ለመድኀኒትየ ።
ወየማንከ ፡ ተወክፈኒ ።
ወትምህርትከ ፡ ያጸንዐኒ ፡ ለዝሉፉ ።
ወተግሣጽከ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ዘይሜህረኒ ።
ወአርሐብከ ፡ መካይድየ ፡ በመትሕቴየ ።
ወኢደክመ ፡ ሰኰናየ ።
እዴግኖሙ ፡ ለፀርየ ፡ ወእእኅዞሙ ።
ወኢይትመየጥ ፡ እስከ ፡ ኣጠፍኦሙ ።
ኣመነድቦሙ ፡ ወኢይክሉ ፡ ቀዊመ ።
ወይወድቁ ፡ ታሕተ ፡ እገርየ ።
ወታቀንተኒ ፡ ኀይለ ፡ በጸብእ ።
አዕቀጽኮሙ ፡ ለኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ቆሙ ፡ ላዕሌየ ፡ በመትሕቴየ ።
ወመጠውከኒ ፡ ዘባኖሙ ፡ ለፀርየ ።

ወኀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወኢሰምዖሙ ።
አሐርጾሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ጸበል ፡ ዘቅድመ ፡ ገጸ ፡ ነፋስ ።
ወእኪይዶሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ጽንጕነ ፡ መርሕብ ።
አድኅነኒ ፡ እምነቢበ ፡ አሕዛብ ።
ወትሠይመኒ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ርእሰ ፡ ሕዝብ ።
ሕዝብ ፡ ዘኢያአምር ፡ ተቀንየ ፡ ሊተ ።
ውስተ ፡ ምስማዐ ፡ እዝን ፡ ተሰጥዉኒ ።
ውሉደ ፡ ነኪር ፡ ሐሰዉኒ ።
ውሉደ ፡ ነኪር ፡ በልዩ ።
ወሐንከሱ ፡ በፍኖቶሙ ።
ሕያው ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወቡሩክ ፡ አምላኪየ ።
ወተለዐለ ፡ አምላከ ፡ መድኀኒትየ ።
አምላኪየ ፡ ያገብእ ፡ በቀልየ ።
ወአግረረ ፡ ሊተ ፡ አሕዛበ ፡ በመትሕቴየ ።
ዘይባልሐኒ ፡ እምጸላእትየ ፡ ምንስዋን ።
ወዘያሌዕለኒ ፡ እምእለ ፡ ቆሙ ፡ ላዕሌየ ።
እምብእሲ ፡ ገፋዒ ፡ ባልሐኒ ።
በእንተ ፡ ዝ ፡ እገኒ ፡ ለከ ፡ በውስተ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ እግዚኦ ።
ወእዜምር ፡ ለስምከ ።
ዘያዐብያ ፡ ለመድኀኒተ ፡ ንጉሥ ።
ወይገብር ፡ ምሕረቶ ፡ ለመሲሑ ።
ለዳዊት ፡ ወለዘርዑ ፡ እስከ ፡ ለዓለም ።

Of fulfillment, of the servant of Egziabhier, of David ::
Who spoke to Egziabhier with the word of the canticle,
on the day Egziabhier saved him from the hand
of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul, and he said this ::
Pronouncement of David after his enemies had finished ::

(2 Samuel chap. 22)

I will love you oh Lord in my power ::
Egziabhier my power and my fortress and my savior ::
My God and my helper and I will be confident in Him ::
My faithful, and horn of my life and my refuge ::
That when I call upon You Egziabhier, I am saved from my adversary ::
The torment of death has captured me ::
And the torrent of iniquity has agitated me ::
The torment of Siol surrounded me ::
And the traps of death have reached me ::
When I was troubled I called upon Egziabhier ::
And I shout close to My God ::
And He heard my word in the temple of His sanctuary ::
And my shout also entered before Him into His ears ::
The earth trembled and was moved ::
And the foundations of the mountains were shaken ::
They were agitated for Egziabhier was angry with them ::
Smoke ascended from His wrath ::
And flame of fire from before His face ::
From it the coals were lit::
He tilted the heavens and came down ::
And haze was under His feet ::

And he established the darkness of His hiding place ::
And even His shadow encircled Him ::
The waters have darkened inside the clouds ::

Hail and coals of fire ::
And thundered Egziabhier in the heavens::
And the Most High gave His word::
He sent His arrows and scattered them ::
He multiplied His thunderbolts and agitated them ::
And the springs of the waters were shown::
And the foundations of the world were revealed ::
For Your admonition O Lord ::
And by the breath of the spirit of Thy wrath ::
He sent from Aryam and took me ::
And He draw me out of much water ::
And He saved me from my strong adversaries ::
And from my enemies, for they had power over me ::
And they reached me in the day of my tribulation ::
And Egziabhier was a refuge for me ::
And He let me out in a wide space ::
And He saved me because He wants me ::
Egziabhier will retribute me according to my justice ::
And he will repay me according to the purity of my hands ::
For I have kept the ways of Egziabhier ::
And I committed no blame to my God ::
For all His judgment is in front of me ::
And even His justice did not get far from me ::
And I will be pure with Him ::
And I will keep myself away from my sin ::
Egziabhier will retribute me according to my justice ::
And he will repay me according to the purity of my hands ::
Before His eyes ::
With the just You will be just ::
And with the pure man you will be pure ::
And with the dear You will be dear ::
And with the twisted You will be twisted ::
For You, O Lord, will save the humble people ::
And will humiliate the eyes of the proud ::
For You will light my lamp O Lord ::
My God will illuminate my darkness ::
For in You I will be saved from temptation ::
And in my God I will overcome the wall ::
Yet, the way of my God is pure ::
Egziabhier's word is tried with fire ::
And He is faithful to all those who are confident in Him ::

And it is Your teaching that has strengthened me perpetually ::
