About Us
Cooking School In Italy is a project founded by Centro Europeo di Studi Manageriali, training agency that provides varied courses for individuals as well as for companies. Born as a useful tool for the transfer of knowledge and skills, its aim is to respond effectively to the training needs of our clients.
The idea of Cooking School was born out of love for our area, Agro Pontino in the region of Lazio, and the passion for its products and traditions. Our goal is to offer an unforgettable experience in Central Italy that brings together Italian food, art and our local culture. During their stay, our guests can discover the secrets of our traditional cooking and enjoy the artistic, manufacturing and naturalistic richness of our wonderful region!
With our project we are able to offer our young and adult foreign students an exciting intercultural experience in Italy.
The 7-day course is a hands-on ‘studio’ class for those who are looking to discover the secrets of food and wine of Agro Pontino area and for those who seek to understand how wine, olive oil or mozzarella are produced. Our guests will spend time at the market, using the local vendors’ wisdom to pick what’s best.
