You will be immersed in a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, where you can get your hands dirty and create your own culinary masterpieces.
During the event, you will learn how to prepare the perfect pizza dough, roll it out and season it with the fresh and tasty ingredients that characterize Calabrian cuisine. Next, we'll show you how to create homemade pasta, revealing the techniques for making perfect tagliatelle, gnocchi or orecchiette.
But the experience doesn't end there! You will also have the opportunity to try your hand at preparing some typical Calabrian dishes, such as 'nduja, a spicy condiment based on Calabrian chilli peppers, and the famous aubergine parmigiana, a dish that embodies Mediterranean flavours.
Throughout the event, you will have the opportunity to ask our chef questions, share stories and exchange cooking tips with fellow attendees. In the end, we will sit together to taste the fruits of our work, accompanied by wines selected to best enhance the flavors of Calabria.
