L’Università di mette in gioco con l’obbiettivo di incuriosire, informare il pubblico che lo scarto del cibo può diventare altro, che può avere una seconda vita, sensibilizzare il pubblico rispetto alla tematica del riciclo Il Workshop Food Shakers | Food Remakers indaga la fase successiva al consumo di nel ciclo del cibo e su come il design basato sulla creatività e la convivialità possa esprimere nuovi modi di interazione per migliorare l'economia circolare nelle attività della vita quotidiana / The University puts into play with the aim of intriguing, informing the public that food waste can become something else, that it can have a second life, make the public more aware of the topic of recycling. The Food Shakers Workshop | Food Remakers investigates the phase following the consumption of in the food cycle and how design based on creativity and conviviality can express new ways of interacting to improve the circular economy in everyday life activities.
