We give Italian Cooking Classes in English on Zoom and in our home in Tuscany. We do research in Italian gastronomic traditional field. We chose to offer hands-on cooking \ cookery classes based on homemade recipes which everybody could “reproduce at home”, adding some tips and tricks to add taste to the meals.In our cooking classes, we use organic ingredients

It may not be such a long-standing tradition, but in , at least for the past fifty years, it’s been normal to have a coffee, a latte, or a for , followed by bread, butter, and jam, toast, or a / . Of course, it’s now common to eat cornflakes, cereal, or a smoothie, but these cookies /biscuits are a staple in the family spirit, and in the 1980s, they truly became a special occasion for the typical Italian family.
