Our grape juice 'brewing' using wild yeast i.e. spontaneous fermentation....with my home-made airlock. The only additive was sugar and it's bubbling quite well !
Any volunteers to do a tasting in a month or 2 ?

These are some of the meals available on the menu....as well as forming part of the cooking class which can be customized to requirements.
We grow what we can, eat as fresh as possible and will convert what's left into preserves....well, maybe next year when I have expanded the allotment.

Our organic garden.....herbs, vegetables and some Thai 'stuff' !
This is already providing us with fresh veggies and we have planted plenty of passion fruits so next year we will be very passionate indeed.
Also been busy building compost areas and had 'lively' discussions on the practicalities of a chicken coup.....round 1 to Kitty.
