Corso di Pane e Pizza – 3 giorni

Un corso intensivo e pratico dedicato a chi desidera comprendere davvero il mondo della panificazione.

Durante le lezioni lavoreremo su impasti diversi, tecniche tradizionali e moderne, lievitazioni lunghe e brevi:
