“I was born in Florence; and I’ve always loved to cook thanks to my family who is full of traditions. I have studied in culinary school in Florence and in Milano, where I earned my chef certification.
I have traveled and lived in many countries while working as chef. During my travels I learned about and tasted different types of cuisine, such as Australia, Thailand, Argentina and Colombia and many others.
Now, I am back in Florence and happy to share my experiences with as many people that I can while working at Chefactory. Because there are secrets when cooking, it is all about sharing and enjoying.”
