A great week in Malmö for the MICC team at ECCV 2026 – the 19th European Conference on Computer Vision!

It was great to see MICC professors, researchers, alumni and colleagues coming together to present research, exchange ideas, meet old friends and build new connections within the international Computer Vision community.

MICC researchers contributed to the conference and its workshops with research in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence.

The AI4Debunk consortium successfully touched down in Rome for our latest General Assembly, hosted by CNIT - Consorzio Nazionale Interuniversitario per le Telecomunicazioni! 🛡️

🇮🇹 Over two productive days, our partners gathered to transition from foundational research to deployable, trustworthy AI solutions. The energy was high as we aligned on our mission to safeguard the digital information ecosystem.

From refining Knowledge Graphs and explainable AI scoring systems to previewing future AR/VR debunking environments, the consortium is pushing the boundaries of how we detect and combat disinformation.

A massive thank you to our hosts in Rome and all the partners for their multidisciplinary expertise and dedication! 👥
