A little of what’s been happening behind the scenes this August.

Branding, packaging and launch assets for Welab Biotech, now almost ready to meet the world.

For the visuals, we’ve been bringing 3D, AI and art direction together, building each asset from the same brand language rather than as separate pieces.

A slower summer rhythm, but plenty taking shape behind the scenes.

Packaging should not happen after the brand is finished. In reality, packaging is often the first physical interaction someone has with your brand.

The shape, material, structure, typography, colour palette, and finish all influence perception long before a product is opened. We develop brand identity, packaging, 3D visualisation, and production artwork as one connected system, creating products that feel intentional from concept to shelf.

There's a difference between a brand that looks put together, and one that you just know.

One has the same logo everywhere. The same colours. The same font. It's consistent. And somehow, it still feels like nothing.

The other doesn't need to introduce itself. You feel it before you read it. In the weight of the packaging. In the silence on the website. In the way every detail seems to have come from the same place.
That's not consistency, it is coherence, and it's the part most brands skip.

A small glimpse into one of our Full Brand Design Projects.

From a 70+ page brand guideline deck to Shopify design direction, social media templates, packaging, and collaborative client boards, every part is developed as one connected system rather than isolated deliverables.

One thing that’s very important to me throughout the process is collaboration. Strong brands rarely happen through one-sided ex*****on. They are shaped through conversation, refinement, feedback, strategy, and alignment over time.

That’s also why we work with two different project structures.

Design Intensives are created for founders looking for a focused and efficient process with a more defined scope and timeline.

Full Brand Projects allow for deeper strategic and visual development, with more exploration, collaboration, and refinement across every touchpoint.

Sharing a few projects and visual directions I’ve worked on lately.

What interests me most is not creating brands that simply look good, but building visual worlds that feel aligned from every angle.

Different founders.

Different aesthetics.

But every project starts with the same question:

What should this brand feel like before a single visual is created?
