At AEF, each pathway is unique and designed to adapt to different goals and moments in life, with the possibility of choosing and combining different areas of study.

In the Italian Language and Culture courses, programmes are flexible and start from two weeks, allowing each student to build their own experience at their own pace.

It is also possible to combine them with courses in Art, Music and Culture, making the experience even more complete.

All students take part in monthly organised extracurricular activities, helping them experience the city in a more authentic and engaging way.

Today we celebrate International Museum Day, a moment that invites us to reflect on how culture is present in our everyday lives 🏛️🕰️

In Florence, this becomes almost inevitable. The entire city can be understood as an open-air museum, where art, history, and contemporary life naturally coexist on every street and corner.

Among its most renowned institutions are the Galleria degli Uffizi, home to some of the most important works in art history, and the Galleria dell’Accademia, where Michelangelo’s David stands as one of the most iconic sculptures in the world.

But the city is not limited to its most famous museums. It also reveals itself through lesser-known cultural spaces that offer different ways of engaging with art and expand the experience of those who visit or live in it.

Florence is an open-air museum and, at the same time, a continuous experience of discovery.

We officially conclude another Study Abroad semester in Florence with our Spring students

Over the past months, the AEF Spring Program has been a journey of learning, creativity, cultural exchange and personal growth, experienced through classes, performances and life in the city of Florence.

AEF Evening of the Arts 🩰🎙️

Yesterday, our students took the stage for an evening dedicated to dance, opera and artistic expression as part of Spring 2026.

The event brought together performances developed throughout the semester, celebrating creativity, movement and collaboration through the arts.

Held at Teatro dell’Affratellamento in collaboration with Florence Dance Center and Kinesis CDC, the evening was a special moment for our students to share their work and experiences with the AEF community.
