We have two exciting opportunities to work on 3-year, cutting-edge research projects in the areas of advanced production systems, service operations, logistics and supply chain management, and healthcare.
🏭 As a research fellow, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, and collaborate with top companies, research centers, and fellow researchers both locally and globally.
👉 DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The ideal candidate is expected to:
· conduct high-quality research, publish in renowned scientific journals, and present the results of the research activity at international conferences;
· adjust and fine-tune the research directions and implementation as needed to ensure meeting the project's goals and delivering the best possible outcomes;
· apply qualitative and quantitative methodologies, such as case studies and literature reviews, simulation and analytical modelling in the area of advanced production systems, service operations, logistics and supply chain management, and healthcare.
👉 REQUIREMENTS
· PhD and academic background in relevant areas, which includes Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Production Management, Service Management, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Asset Management, Decision Support and alike;
· experience in using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies;
· interest in managing and developing research projects;
· excellent written and oral English language skills.
