Module 3 of teacher training successfully completed!

On November 10th, on the online INSTRUCTION platform, the peer review session of Module 3 took place, in which partners from 5 different countries guided by COMETA tutors developed competences and tools to personalize learner’s educational pathways in order to achieve learner’s personal educational goals.
The participants discussed criteria for student-company matching and highlighted competences/ skills, which are the most important and help achieve the common goals in cooperation between students and companies.
Moreover, some partners shared their experience and presented their monitoring plans of students’ internships, what was a good opportunity to get ideas and gain more practical skills.

Output: list of criteria for student-company matching; Annual table of practices to prepare students to internship.

Module 2 of the teacher training is over!

We are really happy with the exchange of ideas among teachers/tutors from 5 different countries on the Observation of students.

What is a student’s profile; his/her strengths and weaknesses and how can we use this information to help him/her evolve as a person, student and employee?

The peer review session guided by Amici Di Cometa trainers focused on the and learning, professional, motivation and counseling, relational, behavioural and taking care of places and materials areas to come to constructive conclusions.

The participants are expected to learn how to collect and analyse data in order to project, plan, verify and re-project learners’ educational pathways.

The first training module is completed!

20 teachers successfully participated in the training and in the peer review session guided by Amici Di Cometa trainers and focused on primary elements of teacher practice, such as and .

These activities will support participants to learn tools to consolidate schools’ and teachers’ identities and to stimulate the implicit “educational need” in learners.

Yesterday, the teacher training under the Instruction - Upskilling school teachers for education-work transition project started!

Until November, the 12th , 20 teachers (4 from each partner school) will update and enhance their competences to facilitate students´s transition into the labour market.

The online training will be composed of 6 modules:
1. Introduction and school culture;
2. Observation and discussion;
3. Student- company matching;
4. Preparing learners to internship & work;
5. Supporting learners during internship;
6. Supporting learners in the evaluation of internship.

Tęsiamas tarptautinis KA2 Erasmus+ projektas
„Instruction – Upskilling school teachers for education-work transition“
Birželio 4 dieną įvyko tikslinės grupės susitikimas, kuriame dalyvavo administracijos atstovas ir 6 mokytojai (klasių vadovai, dalykų mokytojai, švietimo pagalbos specialistas, ugdymo karjerai grupės nariai). Administracijos atstovė Ana Paulauskienė pristatė metodinę priemonę (The Methodological Framework for the Tutoring Model) ir supažindino su mokymų, kurie vyks spalio mėnesį, programa. Ji minėjo, kad mokymai yra orientuoti į praktinį modelio realizavimą mokykloje, juose dalyvaus 4 mokytojų grupė iš Rukainių gimnazijos.
Susitikimo tikslas buvo sužinoti tikslinės grupės dalyvių nuomonę apie metodiką, jos suprantamumą, įgyvendinimo galimybes, mokymų programoje numatytų tobulinti mokytojų kompetencijų būtinumą/jų trūkumą. Dalyvių įžvalgos padės galutinai apibrėžti numatytų mokymų turinį ir kokybę.
Apie kiekvieną modulį atskirai papasakojo Erasmus+ grupės narės Alicija Klonovska ir Jovita Bliznikė. Mokymai sudaryti iš 6 modulių, kiekvieno modulio trukmė 4 val. (teorinė ir praktinė dalis). Kiekvienas modulis apima tokias sritis: teorinį turinį, laukiamus rezultatus, planuojamus įgyti ar patobulinti mokytojų įgūdžius. Beje, mokymus organizuoja partneriai (Cometa).
Po tikslinės grupės susitikimo jo dalyviai atsakė į anketos klausimus. Modelio metodikos dalys visiems dalyviams buvo aiškios ir suprantamos. Tačiau, anot apklaustųjų, modelio pilnam įgyvendinimui labiausiai trūksta žmogiškųjų ir finansinių išteklių, dermės su bendrosiomis programomis. Erasmus + grupės dalyviai pabrėžė, kad modelį pritaikyti mūsų gimnazijoje būtų sunkoka, nes gimnazijoje nėra numatyta skirti laiko būtent praktiniams karjeros įgūdžiams stiprinti. Apklausoje dažniausiai paminėti trukdžiai yra laikas ir kalbos barjeras. Tačiau visi mokymų dalyviai sutiko, kad mokymų metu numatytos veiklos yra tinkamos pagerinti mokytojų kompetencijas mokinių ugdymo karjerai srityje.

Welcome to Instruction - Upskilling school teachers for education-work transition Erasmus+ Project!

Our project has just started and on the 2nd and 3rd December we had our kick off meeting hosted by Amici Di Cometa in Como, Italy.

During the KOM, partners introduced each other and established the tasks to be developed during the project.

Cometa 🇮🇹 Hellenic Open University🇬🇷 Vilniaus r. Rukainiu Gimnazija 🇱🇹 Istituti Istruzione Secondaria Superior g. Marconi 🇮🇹 Colegiul National Nicolae Titulescu 🇷🇴 2 Epal Agriniou 🇬🇷 and ETIC 🇵🇹 are the partners that, in the next 2 years, will adapt an innovative tutoring model in order to update school teacher skills to support school-work transition of students.
