In this latest contribution of the GIVE Project series, A Paradigm Shift, we have the pleasure of listening to Madlen Serban, Secretary general of the National Commission of Romania for UNESCO and associate professor at the University of Bucharest. Madlen Serban talks about inclusion as a mindset issue and guides us in thinking about how to develop capable of building a true inclusive ecosystem. She also shares what she will take home from her experience in the GIVE project, emphasising the value of this initiative in promoting a more inclusive future in education and leadership.

[ GIVE Project | A Paradigm Shift ] In this chapter, we are pleased to welcome Anca Nedelcu , lecturer at the University of Bucharest, who explains how the GIVE Project aims to formalise best practices in inclusion in order to develop training courses rooted in successful inclusive experiences.
