Less Plastic, More Future: a Service Learning Approach for an Inclusive and Sustainable Europe. Schools from Italy, Spain, Denmark, German and France work together in it. The aim of our Erasmus + project is to raise awareness in students and in their local communities on environmental issues, especially in terms of waste disposal, recycling and plastic usage so as to provoke a positive change into their daily habits.

Day 3:
Beautiful hike at Cap Blanche Nez, followed by picnic on the beach in Calais and a beach clean up.
Day 4:
Visiting the town hall in Ardres, tour of the town, fun water activities canoing, kayaking by the local lake and finished off with a wonderful farewell dinner where our French hosts had prepared some delicious food for us.

We spent Tuesday learning and creating bioplastic from starch, discovering Città di Castello, and admiring Renaissance art at Pinacoteca di Palazzo Vitelli.

Day 1 in Italy was about getting to know each other and making friends, creating objects with plastic waste, Italian traditions, molluscs, and strolling about in Montone.

Service Learning Activities - On 16th November, our schools from Italy and Spain did a service-learning activity in their towns. They both cleaned the litter in their surrounding natural areas. See you in Denmark next week!

Our Erasmus + students presented their work on plastic and different subjects during a videoconference on Wednesday 20th May. Students and teachers from all the participating countries took part in the event. They all did an amazing job. Keep up the good work!
