After 18 months of calls, emails, deadlines, shared documents and lots of work across four countries, it was really nice to come together in person one more time, this time in sunny Málaga. ☀️🇪🇸

Projects are about results, of course, but they are also about the people you meet along the way. And we were lucky to have a pretty great group. 💙💛

A little look back at our final meeting in Málaga - and some of the people who made Voice what it was.

🇪🇺 VOICE celebrates its III Transnational Project Meeting in Málaga!

On 30 September 2026, the VOICE consortium met at the Innosocial Centre in Málaga to review the project’s achievements and define the final steps as VOICE enters its closing phase.

Key results so far:
🔹 13 training modules in 5 languages
🔹 3,167 course users
🔹 112,783 unique website visits
🔹 260 pilot participants, including 127 Ukrainians
🔹 20 associated organisations
🔹 23 press releases across the project languages

The VOICE OER platform has grown into an open, multilingual and inclusive digital ecosystem, offering free training resources, tools and accessibility features.

And the journey continues! The platform will remain accessible for three years after the project ends, while the Guidelines for Future Usage and Implementation Package will support the transfer and replication of VOICE results in other contexts.

A big thank you to all seven consortium partners and everyone who contributed to making VOICE a project for inclusion, skills development and new opportunities.

The pilot and testing phase of the VOICE project has been successfully completed in Spain, thanks to the work of Arrabal-AID and the active participation of 52 learners from different backgrounds.

Through face-to-face and online activities, participants tested the 13 training modules available on the VOICE Open Educational Resources (OER) platform, focusing on:

🔹 Employability and job search
🔸 Entrepreneurship and personal branding
🔹 Digital skills and inclusion
🔸Social and professional integration

The piloting activities involved Ukrainian university students, young people starting their professional journeys, participants from vulnerable groups, and Ukrainian learners, allowing the platform to be tested across diverse profiles and needs.

Among the most appreciated features were the CV & personal branding module, interactive and gamified learning activities, and the possibility to obtain a certificate after completing the training.

These experiences are helping the VOICE consortium further improve an open, free and transferable digital learning ecosystem designed to support socio-professional integration across Europe.

Every country has its own unwritten rules for communicating online. And they aren’t always obvious. What feels polite or appropriate in one context can come across differently in another. And when you're new somewhere, these things can take time to figure out.

Module 4 of our Learning Programme covers the practical side of digital communication - netiquette, online safety, protecting personal data, and sharing information securely. In other words, some of the things many of us only think about after something goes wrong.

In a few weeks, our team meets in Málaga for the last time.

Seven partners. Four countries. One final meeting as we approach the end of 18 months of work.

💬 A lot happened in that time. A platform built from scratch. 13 modules in five languages. More than 200 people trained across Spain, Italy and Poland. Over 700 stakeholders engaged across Europe.

The meeting on September 30th won’t quite be the end. We’ll still have one final month to fine-tune the last details before the Voice Project officially closes on November 1st.

And while the project itself is approaching its end, the work behind it doesn’t simply disappear with the closing date.

The Voice platform and its free learning resources were created to support people beyond individual workshops, meetings and project activities. Keeping those resources accessible and useful after the project ends is an important part of what comes next.

We’re looking forward to being in the same room one more time, to look back at what we’ve built together and talk about what comes next.

Yesterday, as part of the VOICE project, we held a practical training session on CV preparation and professional image on social media, bringing together a group of young Ukrainians in Spain.

The session was organised in collaboration with Internet Web Solutions, Asociación Arrabal-AID and the Consejo Juvenil de la Embajada de Ucrania en España.

Together, we explored practical tools and strategies to strengthen participants’ employability, including:

🔹How to create an effective CV and present your skills and experience clearly
🔹What to keep in mind during a job interview and how to make a positive impression
🔹How to use social media professionally and build an online presence that can support your job searc

It was a great opportunity to share knowledge, exchange experiences and discuss the challenges young people can face when entering or re-entering the labour market.
