VOICE in Poland! 🇵🇱

Fundacja Circle recently hosted a VOICE Multiplier Event in Zielona Góra, bringing together employees from DKD to explore the project's free digital learning opportunities.

Participants discovered the VOICE OER Platform and tested two training modules on digital communication and job searching through social media.

With 13 free training modules available in 5 languages, VOICE supports both Ukrainian refugees and local communities in developing digital, employability and entrepreneurial skills, promoting inclusion through learning together.

Internet Web Solutions, Asociación Arrabal-AID, and the Consulado de Ucrania en Málaga/Консульство України в Малазі, represented by Caterina, met to exchange ideas and strengthen their collaboration in support of the Ukrainian community.

During the meeting, the partners presented the VOICE project and its free, open-access learning resources, with a special focus on the 13 training courses designed to strengthen professional and digital skills, improving opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship.

As a result of this collaboration, the three organisations will host a free workshop for the Ukrainian community in Málaga on 25 August. The session will present the "CV and Professional Image on Social Media" module, together with the training opportunities and resources available through the VOICE project. The workshop will be delivered in Spanish with Ukrainian interpretation.

VOICE Pilot Training Successfully Completed in Poland! 🇵🇱

Thirty-five participants have successfully completed the VOICE pilot training sessions organised by Instytut ADN, gaining practical skills to boost their employability and digital confidence.

From CV writing and personal branding to digital entrepreneurship and career planning, participants explored tools that will help them thrive in today's labour market.

More than just training, the sessions encouraged social inclusion, intercultural exchange, and stronger connections between Ukrainian refugees and local communities.

The pilot also confirmed the quality and relevance of the 13 free online courses developed by the VOICE consortium, available in multiple languages through the VOICE OER Platform. Complete the courses at your own pace and earn a certificate!

The Università degli Studi "Gabriele d'Annunzio" of Chieti-Pescara has successfully completed two Voice project training cycles in Italy, supporting the pilot implementation of the project and empowering Ukrainian refugees and local communities through digital learning.

More than 70 participants took part in interactive sessions on digital skills, employability, entrepreneurship, communication, and social inclusion, while exploring the VOICE OER Platform. The activities also provided valuable feedback to validate and improve the VOICE educational model.

Co-funded by the European Union through the Social Innovation Initiative Programme, the VOICE continues to foster inclusion, lifelong learning, and equal opportunities through innovative digital solutions across Europe.

Empowering young people with essential skills through the VOICE Project!

Internet Web Solutions recently delivered a Voice project training session for a group of young participants, introducing them to the free learning modules developed to support Ukrainian refugees and members of local communities.

During the training, participants explored practical topics to improve their employability and digital confidence, including:
🔹 How to create a stronger and more effective CV.
🔹 How to use social media to build a professional network and search for job opportunities.
🔹 Essential cybersecurity practices to protect personal and sensitive data while navigating the online job market.

By providing practical knowledge and accessible learning resources, the VOICE Project helps participants strengthen their digital skills, increase their employment opportunities, and feel more confident in today's digital world.

💬 This is one of the reasons we run a piloting phase before scaling. You discover things you couldn't have planned for. While testing the Voice project modules with two groups of young job seekers in Spain, our partner Internet Web Solutions noticed something worth sharing.

Although all 13 modules can be completed independently, Modules 2, 6, 8 and 12 form a particularly natural learning pathway:
Module 2 - Job Offer on Social Media
Module 6 - Digital Communication for Business
Module 8 - Startup Support & Smart Social Media Use
Module 12 - Build Your Digital Presence: Website & Online Marketing Basics

Taken together, these modules guide learners from finding job opportunities, to communicating professionally, developing and supporting a business idea, and finally building an online presence. By the end you have a complete picture. Not just individual skills, but a coherent way of thinking about your digital identity in the job market.

Internet Web Solutions, together with Asociación Arrabal-AID, had the pleasure of meeting Consul Lukianov Volodymyr and Katerina, the person responsible for the Youth Department, at the Ukrainian Consulate in Málaga.

During the meeting, we introduced the Voice project, presenting its mission, objectives, key results, and the free VOICE OER Platform, designed to support inclusion, learning, and professional development for diverse learners, including Ukrainian refugees.

We were delighted by the Consul's strong interest in the project and its potential impact. Meetings like this are essential for raising awareness, creating meaningful collaborations, and ensuring that VOICE reaches more people who can benefit from its resources.
