Our Competent Crew course is for complete beginners. No experience needed. No silly questions. Just five days learning to sail properly - helming, sail handling, ropework, understanding how a yacht moves and how to be genuinely useful on deck.

Small groups. Maximum five people. You actually get time at the helm, not just watching someone else do it.

By the end of the week, you'll have an RYA qualification and the confidence to crew on any yacht, anywhere in the world.

Day Skipper Practical if you've done the theory and you're ready to take command - pilotage, passage planning, boat handling, night sailing, and the confidence to skipper your own charter.

⛵ One week away. Four spaces left. A family sailing adventure in Italy.

Our Family Training Cruise on 15th August still has room for one more family - or a few individuals who want to join the group.

⛵ Let's do the maths on your next holiday.

Option A: A week in a resort. Nice pool. Fine food. You come back rested but with nothing to show for it except a tan that fades in a week. Cost: probably around €1,500 when you add it all up.

Option B: A week on a yacht learning to sail the Italian Riviera. Portofino. Hidden coves. Harbours where tourists don't go. You come back with an internationally recognised qualification, actual skills, and stories that aren't about the hotel buffet. Cost: €1,050.
