We have 2 spaces that just opened up on the following week: September 12th - 18th (departure Sept. 19th) 2026. Please get in touch if you're interested! There will be olives on the trees (where we can now see buds), grapes being harvested and plenty of gorgeous produce to cook and enjoy together!

Hello friends of Organic Tuscany!

We are almost full for 2026, but do have the week of August 29th wide open! If you get a group of 9 or 10 people together, you can have the week all to yourselves! That first week in September is delightful. It should be warm enough to use the pool, yet comfortable enough to cook, see the sights and eat and drink heartily! All bathed in that gorgeous September light!

And if you don't fancy cooking, you can just join us to taste the results! Non-cooks join us for all meals, tastings, trips, etc.

Thanks to everyone who joined us in 2023, we have donated three thousand dollars to good causes: to the International Rescue Committee, that helps refugees all over the world; to charity water, that brings clean water to communities worldwide; and to the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), that works to protect our fragile environment.

Monteriggioni is a medieval walled town, perched on a natural hill, built by the Sienese in 1214-1919 as a front line in their wars against Florence, taking command of the Via Cassia that passes through the Val d'Elsa and Val Staggia to the west. During the conflict between Siena and Florence in the Middle Ages, the city was strategically placed as a defense structure.
