The ESI Postdoctoral Fellows are visiting the Universidad de La Laguna (ULL) in Tenerife, where they are taking part in a rich academic program, including roundtables, conference sessions, guest lectures, networking meetings, and sightseeing tours across the beautiful island of Tenerife.

Dr. Gulshan Aliyeva, ESI Fellow from Khazar University, Azerbaijan, visited Budapesti Metropolitan Egyetem Budapest Metropolitan University (METU) as part of the ESI Postdoctoral Program.

During her visit, she held productive meetings with research collaborators and delivered guest lectures for METU students.

This is another example of how the ESI Postdoctoral Program supports international academic cooperation, research networking, and knowledge exchange across institutions.

ESI Postdoctoral Fellows at the University of La Laguna, Tenerife

As part of the ESI Postdoctoral Program, our fellows are currently taking part in a research visit to the University of La Laguna in Spain.

Today’s roundtable, led by Prof. David Pérez Jorge and Prof. Francisco Flores, created a valuable space for academic exchange, networking, and discussion of future research cooperation.

This visit reflects the mission of the program: to connect researchers, support international collaboration, and open new opportunities for joint academic work.

We sincerely thank our colleagues at the University of La Laguna for their warm welcome and support.
