E ogni volta, ancora oggi, dopo centinaia di ospiti, la stessa emozione del primo giorno.
Sono anni che apriamo la porta di casa nostra. Anni di tavole imbandite, di mani in pasta, di sconosciuti che se ne vanno come amici. E la cosa che ci emoziona davvero è questa: dopo tutto questo tempo, ospite dopo ospite, riusciamo ancora a trasmettere le stesse identiche emozioni di quando abbiamo iniziato.
Questo è Cooking Sicily.
Non è una cooking class. È Sicilia.e i suoi valori a 360 gradi.
Noi mettiamo le persone al centro, e lo faremo sempre. Il cibo, che sia buono, quello non si discute, è solo un mezzo per consegnare e far vivere qualcosa di diverso, di autentico, di unico.
Siamo fieri di aver creato tutto questo negli anni. E continueremo a migliorarci, sempre. Perché chi varca la nostra porta merita di portarsi a casa un pezzo di Sicilia che non dimenticherà.

And every single time, still today, after hundreds of guests, the same emotion as day one.
For years now we’ve been opening the door of our home. Years of tables full of food, of hands in the dough, of strangers who leave as friends. And what truly moves us is this: after all this time, guest after guest, we can still pass on the very same emotions we felt when we started.
This is Cooking Sicily.
Not your classic cooking class. It’s Sicily at 360 degrees.
We put people at the center, and we always will. The food (and yes, it has to be good) is just the means to deliver and bring to life something different, something authentic, something unique.
We’re proud of what we’ve built over the years. And we’ll keep getting better, always. Because everyone who walks through our door deserves to take home a piece of Sicily they’ll never forget.
