As the Academic Year has officially finished today, I wish to share my appreciation and gratitude also for my younger Students.

Yesterday was the last lesson with my “Kids” as some of them will prepare to jump into intermediate classes in September.

I’ve spent weeks with exam preparations, preparing listenings, writings, readings and listenings for all the older ones, last but not least my Adults and Seniors trying to build their confidence but at the same time working on my little ones trying to build a little solid brick in their academic growth.

And yes yesterday was one of those days which remind me why I love doing what I do so much .

Yes I achieved my goal with my little ones and here is why. During the last period of the course we do Theatrical English and we make up stories and learn how to interpret them by reading out loud. Yesterday there were basically 2 groups that don’t have lessons together.

They had to read and interpret all together.

Hearing those 13 young voices filling the classroom with so much enthusiasm and confidence adding that little extra step towards their future, makes every single lesson worth it 👏🙌🫶💫😘.

Baloo 🐼 was so proud of them ✨
☀️Happy Summer Break ☀️

Today is WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY it celebrates and encourages awareness and action for the protection of the environment.

It focuses on solutions to plastic pollution.

The main difference between ‘Earth Day’ and ‘Environment Day’ is that Earth Day aims to help protect the environment.

People celebrate World Environment Day (WED) in many different ways all over the world: planting trees, cleaning up local beaches and organizing meetings.

Let us stop harming nature, let us stop polluting it.

Let us join hands to bring a positive change to make Planet Earth a much healthier, greener and happier place to live.

Save the trees our ancestors planted and plant new ones as a gift to our coming generations.

Remember that we have “borrowed” the planet, it is not ours.

📌 Reuse, Reduce, Recycle are the KEY WORDS

❓ How do you contribute to this?

This was our contribution last year in Kenya with a group of Students in collaboration with and and will be doing the same this year.

Great TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) !!!!

A heartfelt thank-you to all the parents who trust me with their children’s ESL learning.

I am grateful for the kind words and support. Many parents tell me they appreciate my interactive, student-centered approach, which helps learners build confidence, improve communication skills, and enjoy the process of learning English.

Together, we are helping students build skills that will serve them well for years to come.

Seeing students grow in their English proficiency while developing a genuine enthusiasm for learning is incredibly rewarding.

Thank you for being part of this journey! 🌟📚

Today my younger students had their KET and PET Certification Exams and they distinguished themselves for their outstanding behavior and extremely good manners.

I received congratulations from both the School that hosted the exams and where I took them for lunch.

Strong exam performance is important, but when both the hosting school and a restaurant independently comment on their behavior and manners, it says a great deal about the environment that’s been built around them.

They received more than academic preparation:

* confidence in unfamiliar settings,
* respect for other people,
* self-discipline under pressure,
* and awareness of how to conduct themselves as a group.
For Students this age, these things do not happen by accident.

The fact that the compliments came from two completely different contexts: the formal exam setting and an ordinary social situation like lunch; makes the praise especially credible.

It means the students carried themselves well consistently, not just when being directly supervised.

I feel proud of this result.

It reflects on the students, certainly, but also on their Parents’ teachings and leadership. But also on how they perform in my studio.

The take home for everyone was that they enjoyed the experience and now, we wait for their results but big big applauses to TEAM work 🙌

🤞🌟💫👏😘😉🙌🫶🇬🇧

To all the mothers on this special day,
To every woman who’s made someone feel loved,
To the ones who never gave up,
To the ones just beginning their journey,
And to the angels watching over us from above…

Thank you for your endless love, your strength, your sacrifices, and your hearts that hold families together.

Today, we celebrate every hug, every lesson, every prayer, and every memory.

Let’s also send a special thought for those who are struggling too.

Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers, past, present, and future ones, a rose for you from my garden. 💐

Last Saturday before the exam day for my young Students and this is what my messages for them will be as they receive their T-shirts 🐘.

“Today you’re not just students anymore you’re exam warriors.”

“These shirts are your armor. Wear them with confidence. Your pen / pencil your sword🗡️ .”

“Every exercise, every mistake, every correction brought you here. Grammar. Glory. Survivals. Fueled by lollipops 🍭 and irregular verbs.“

“Warriors don’t wait to feel ready, they step forward anyway.”

“You already survived the studying. Now go conquer the exams. Victory through vocabulary. Warriors of the final exam.”

“No retreat. No surrender. No cheating.”

Legends are made during exam week so another bit of effort and you’ll be rewarded with extra free time 😊.

🐼Good Luck 🍀 chins up and keep smiling 🙂 😘✨👏

The legendary Alex Zanardi has always been an example of grit, resilience, commitment, strength, courage and overall of altruism will now continue to be so for everyone.

One of the most inspiring athletes not only in Italy but in the World.

He had been an example in the discussions during our lessons during the Paralympics in Cortina.

Yesterday during my evening class with adults, we were actually talking about all his Challenges, especially those of IRONMAN and Paralympics.

Completely unaware that he would have been free from all boundaries and obstacles within the end of the evening.

With Alex Zanardi, we lose the most shining example of love for ourselves, for those close to us, for others.
Zanardi didn’t ask for indulgence.
He competed to win, studied the materials, paid attention to details, always pushed his discipline to a higher level.

And yet, what made him unique wasn’t just his ability to compete.
It was the way he knew how to live within his own story. He never victimized himself and respected every single person who worked with him and to make him feel comfortable.
He had measure, irony, and a particular understanding of pain.
I always said he kept a smile in his pockets and committed himself to help others to overcome their difficulties.

“Hakuna mipaka” — no limits — isn’t just a slogan in his story.

It’s a mindset forged through setbacks most people wouldn’t come back from, let alone turn into victories.
Alex didn’t just adapt; he redefined what pushing forward looks like.

He showed that limits can be pushed, often more than expected.

Ciao Alex ….
You started off from Castel Maggiore and I’m sure you will reach every corner of the world.
Safe journey and peace.

“I’m really proud of you all, coming in on May Day (International Workers Day) shows real dedication and how serious you are. Well done.

Your commitment today means a lot. Keep it up.
This kind of effort will pay off in your exam”.

Skipping a holiday to learn says everything about their attitude. I’m impressed. They traded a holiday for a lesson… bold move and I love it. 🥰

My students are special 🫶 and still haven’t finished next group of Adults coming next ……

When teachers assume students will “just get it,” or students assume teachers will carry all the weight, things tend to stall.

Real progress usually shows up when expectations are mutual and explicit: teachers invest time, structure, and care; students bring effort, curiosity, and persistence.

What you’re pointing at is a kind of partnership.

Not necessarily equal in role, but aligned in responsibility. When that alignment happens, outcomes aren’t just “good” they’re often surprisingly strong because both sides are actively contributing instead of passively waiting.

“Neither teachers’ time nor students’ commitment should be taken for granted. When both invest fully, meaningful learning can emerge.”

Never take for granted the time a teacher gives or the effort a student can make.

When both show up with purpose, discipline, and belief in the process, something powerful happens growth becomes inevitable, and success is no longer an accident, but a result of shared commitment.

Today is a Public holiday in Italy 🇮🇹 but this morning we were together working for our goal and now free to enjoy the weekend 👏🫶🙌💫🌟👍😉😘👏

Happy Earth Day 🌏🌿

Today is a reminder that our planet is not just where we live, it’s our shared home.

Every small action we take, from reducing waste to caring for nature, makes a difference.

Let’s continue to learn, grow, and show respect for the Earth, not just today, but every day. 🌍💚

Together, we can protect and preserve the beauty of our world for future generations.

Our World 🌏 🌍 🌎 has so much to offer but sometimes our selfishness makes us forget about the gifts that we receive everyday from it because we want more and are not willing to do with less.

So let’s turn our richness in less and not in more.

Tip for today: it’s not always about - me - myself and I but US and WE 🫶🙌💫
