Three days of **Full Immersion — Advanced Level**. 🇮🇹👩‍🍳
Three intense days dedicated to the kind of Italian cooking that goes far beyond simply following a recipe.
We made *homemade mascarpone* from scratch, *gelo di mellone*, *coniglio in dolce forte*, and even **stuffed gnocchi** — moving through some of the most fascinating and demanding dishes of our culinary tradition.
It was a true immersion in Italian cuisine, with plenty of hard work, curiosity, laughter… and a lot of tasting! ❤️ and drinking Hugo and spritz 😆
For me, teaching these recipes and passing on this knowledge is always an honour.
And then, the perfect finale: our panel of expert judges tasted everything — and once again, they were absolutely amazed by the skill and confidence these students had developed in just three days.

**Advanced level achieved. 👏🇮🇹**
