Your journey begins with refined Piedmontese cuisine at the award-winning fine dining restaurant, ADAGIO, followed the next night by a magical sunset dinner at Almaranto's relaxed poolside restaurant, ANIMA.

ADAGIO accademia in Piemonte welcomes you to experience the delights of Italian and Piemontese cuisine in our bright yellow, stylish and purpose-built HEKO kitchen. Under the guidance of our seasoned chefs, immerse yourself in traditional recipes full of flavours.

In ADAGIO accademia you will discover the joy of cooking and eating a meal together and appreciate the simple things in live with your fellow students.

Classes now available Saturdays from 12:00* as follows:
