🗞 *Very short summary*: at certain conditions interpersonal economic exchange relationships can turn into bonds of solidarity. It's important because work or business is the context where strangers meet and have the opportunity to build new communities instead of exacerbating conflict and divergence. Research suggests that:

informal relationships --> risk of opportunism --> if success --> trust --> solidarity (providing help to those who need it)

What happens to *solidarity* between professionals if everybody wants to partner with the mostly skilled ones?
