San Javier (Сан-Хавьер) is a town situated in the Río Negro Department of Uruguay. It was founded in 1913 by a Russian group of settlers, who migrated from the Voronezh region of Russia.

This is how this particular part of Uruguay and its culture is perceived by young people!
