Our idea is to teach you how to cook the typical dishes of Bologna:
fresh foods, just bought at the market together with you,
prepared and cooked in a special room designed to accommodate no more than 10 participants.
Training room hygienically controlled.
Equipment available for each participant.
Bolognesi teachers with proven experience.
The courses will have a minimum duration of 4 hours which include: meeting, buying food, preparation and cooking, mise en place, taste.
Each participant will be given at the beginning of the course: apron, head cover, shoe covers.
At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of participation and a special cookbook.
Course topics:
The fresh Pasta: preparation and cooking (f.e.: Tagliatelle o Lasagne)
The Seasonings: preparation and cooking (f.e.: Ragu Bolognese)
The Meat: preparation and cooking (f.e.: Roasts)
The Desserts: preparation and cooking (f.e.: Mascarpone or Tiramisù)
The courses are organized in modules. You can participate in one or more of these.
