We are thrilled to share the article published by hashtag about the MODE – Eco Mood Hotel project in Rimini, nicknamed the “hashtag ”, an hospitality experience that reinterprets the concept of a hotel through hashtag and responsible design.
A special thanks to Archello for featuring this project, where hashtag designed the exteriors and common areas with the concept Green is the New Black, developing high-performance and eco-conscious solutions that respond to both the context and the needs of those who inhabit the space.

MODE Eco Mood Hotel by Rizoma Architetture reinterprets Rimini’s mid-century hospitality architecture through a contemporary ecological lens. The renovation focuses on the building envelope, where a distinctive green façade with iridescent ceramic details improves energy performance while giving the structure its “Chameleon Building” identity. Integrated planters animate the façade, gradually forming a living green wall as vegetation grows. Outdoor areas with a pool and lounge seating extend the hospitality experience, shaping a flexible social landscape that evolves throughout the day.
