Con madre inglese, nata e cresciuta a Mumbai, e padre italiano, Angelica è cresciuta in un ambiente bilingue, parlando fin da piccola sia inglese che italiano in famiglia. Da molti anni lavora con bambini e ragazzi, aiutandoli a scoprire i vantaggi di intraprendere un percorso bilingue fin dalla prima età, attraverso lezioni private svolte nella comodità della propria casa. È fortemente impegnata nel creare un ambiente sereno e stimolante, in cui ogni studente possa sentirsi accolto, supportato e motivato, imparando la lingua con piacere e sviluppando sicurezza nelle proprie capacità. Le lezioni sono sempre personalizzate in base alle esigenze e ai tempi di ciascun allievo, grazie all’utilizzo di giochi e attività interattive coinvolgenti.

With an English mother born and raised in Mumbai, and an Italian father, Angelica grew up speaking both English and Italian at home. For many years now she has worked with younger students to offer them the advantages of starting their bilingual journey from an early age, with private lessons in the comfort of their home. She cares deeply about helping students to feel comfortable and supported so they can enjoy language learning and build confidence, adapting lessons to each student’s needs and pace through the use of games and fun interactive activities.

Valentina è cresciuta nella vivace e multiculturale città di Miami, in Florida, e insegna inglese da oltre otto anni. Ama viaggiare e vivere all’estero, esperienze che, secondo lei, le consentono di comprendere appieno l’apprendimento delle lingue dal punto di vista dello studente. Sebbene abbia esperienza con studenti di diverse età e provenienze, le piacciono particolarmente gli studenti delle scuole superiori e gli adulti: il suo obiettivo è aiutare gli alunni ad acquisire sicurezza, a osare con l'inglese e a usare la lingua in modo efficace in situazioni di vita reale, come la preparazione agli esami SAT e IELTS o il superamento di un colloquio di lavoro.

Valentina grew up in the vibrant, multi-cultural city of Miami, Florida and has been teaching English for over eight years. She loves traveling and living abroad which she believes provides her a strong appreciation of language learning from the student’s perspective. Although she has experience working with students of diverse ages and backgrounds, she particularly enjoys high school students and adults - focusing on helping students to gain confidence, take risks with their English and use the language effectively in real-life situations such as exam preparation for SAT and IELTS or nailing that job interview.

Agata è originaria di Norwich, in Inghilterra, ed è arrivata a Bologna inizialmente per frequentare un master. Con il tempo si è innamorata della città e, dopo la laurea, ha deciso di rimanerci. È un’insegnante certificata dal British Council e insegna inglese come lingua straniera da oltre sette anni. Ha insegnato in diversi Paesi, tra cui Austria e Spagna, e oggi lavora anche in Italia. Ama insegnare a studenti di tutte le età, anche se ha decisamente un debole per i bambini.

Agata is originally from Norwich, England and initially found herself in Bologna to attend a Masters program. Along the way she fell in love with the city and upon graduating decided she absolutely had to stay. She is a British Council trained teacher that has taught English as a second language for over seven years. Agata has taught in various countries such as Austria, Spain, and now Italy. She loves students of all ages, though she definitely has a soft spot for cute enthusiastic kids.
