📖✨ The final outcome of our Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Hire Me!” is here!

After a week of learning, collaboration, and intercultural exchange in Poronin, Poland, we are excited to share the Research Book created by the participants.

Together with young people from Italy, Poland, Romania, Cyprus, and Azerbaijan, we explored different labour markets, recruitment processes, CV standards, and interview practices across Europe. The result is a practical guide that brings together research, best practices, and useful tips for young people preparing to enter the job market.

This publication reflects the knowledge, teamwork, and international cooperation that made this project such a valuable learning experience.

We are proud to have been part of this journey and hope this booklet will inspire and support many other young people.
