👉 In Italia diciamo “l’epifania tutte le feste le porta via” infatti con la giornata di ieri purtroppo le vacanze di Natale sono finite 😢 ma oggi è venerdì e il fine settimana si avvicina 😎 così vogliamo concludere il periodo natalizio con questa filastrocca 📃 proprio sul 6 gennaio, l’ultimo giorno di festa 🥂🧙‍♀️🎉! 🇮🇹

👉 In Italy we say "the epiphany takes all the holidays away" in fact yesterday the Christmas holidays unfortunately ended 😢 but today is Friday and the weeekend is approaching 😎 so we want to end the Christmas period with this nursery rhyme 📃 just on January 6, the last day of celebration🥂🧙‍♀️🎉! 🇬🇧

👉 Oggi è il 6 gennaio e in Italia, come in altre parti del mondo, si festeggia 🎉🍾🥳 l'epifania.

L'epifania è una festa religiosa 🙏 ma anche una festa civile🎭, oggi è la giornata della Befana.
La Befana è una vecchietta 👵🏼, un po' br**ta, vestita male, spesso con le scarpe rotte, che di notte, come il suo collega Babbo Natale🎅, si cala dal camino e lascia tanti dolcetti 🍬🍬🍡o giochi 🪀🪁ai bambini buoni mentre lascia il carbone a quelli "cattivi".

Amatriciana pasta recipe:
-Put the pot on the stove
-Add the salt to the water
-Fry garlic and oil in the pan
-Grate the pecorino
-Cut the bacon
-Put the bacon in the hot pan
-Put the sauce in the pan
-Cover the sauce with the lid
-Weigh the pasta
-When the water boils, put the pasta
-Stir the pasta
-Stir the sauce
-Drain pasta
-Mix the pasta with the sauce
-Put the pasta on the plate and add the crispy bacon
-Add the pecorino
