At the end of 2018 two important meetings were held for the Rita Levi-Montalcini Institute, partner of the PTR project: confirmation of the partnership with the municipality of Acqui Terme and the international conference held in Paris in November.

The "Rita Levi-Montalcini" School Institute (Italy) actively participated in the PTR project during this school year. Many of the initiatives of the teachers involved students and externals in meetings and meetings related to the project. Teachers Vittorio Rapetti, Laura Trinchero worked with the group of Acqui Terme where the school is based while Enrica Cammarata proposed the activities to the boys of Ovada, a nearby town and partner school of Montalcini.

The Kick-off meeting took place in Acqui Terme on 12 – 13 October 2017. Giuseppe Italiano and Lorenzo Martellini presented the project and the activities to be carried out to the partners. The meeting was also an opportunity for the partners to get to know each other and to discuss all details related to the project's activities. The partners presented the schools involved in their countries. At the end of the meeting all the partners had a clear view of the future project's implementation, the financial rules and the next activity which consists in the production of a teachers’ guideline on how to deal with diversity in the classroom.
