Weather Stations in Jos North, Jos East, Jos South and (border between) Riyom and Barkin Ladi... all in Plateau State, Nigeria

1. Digital Elevation Model (DEM), SRTM was used to generate contour lines at 50m interval. A trick with hillshade effect brought out the effect.

2. Plain surfaced map with contour lines. Jos East seems to have more hills with steepy slopes.

To differentiate a hill with steepy or gentle slopes - contour lines packed close together represent hills/mountains with steepy slopes while contour lines far apart represent hills/mountains with gentle slopes
