I genuinely think one of the funniest things humans do is this:
We move to another country…
join a different social circle…
buy a new water bottle…
and suddenly announce:
“I’ve finally escaped herd mentality.”
Meanwhile, the new herd is standing right behind us, holding matcha and a shared Google Doc called:
“Morning Routine.”
Icelanders tend to think everyone in Iceland is fixed into a herd mentality.
Americans think everyone else is brainwashed.
Dubai people think they’re wildly free and independent while all eating brunch at the exact same rooftop place, taking photos of the same sunset.
Humans are incredible.
We leave one box…walk directly into another box… then decorate it with candles and call it: “authenticity.”
Which honestly made me think:
Maybe awareness is not becoming different from everyone else.
Maybe it’s simply noticing:
* the room,
* the pressure,
* the trends,
* the rewards,
* and the invisible herd shaping us while we call it personality.
Anyway.

Most of us spend our energy trying to escape the boxes others put us in.
They never look at the one they built themselves.
That's the real blind spot.
The Beyond Boxes Index™ was created to show you exactly that — the patterns in your leadership that are visible to everyone except you.
There's a good box, a bad box, and an ugly box. Most of us are operating from at least one of them without realising it.
The first step is seeing it.
Start with a free look at your own patterns

What box are you in?

It doesn't happen all at once.
The calm leader becomes controlling.
The collaborative one stops listening.
The visionary starts reacting instead of creating.
Gradually. Then suddenly.
And the uncomfortable part: the leader is usually the last to notice.
Their team noticed months ago.
The Beyond Boxes Index™ maps exactly this — the three versions of you that emerge under pressure, including the one you haven't fully met yet.
Good Box + Bad Box: free.
Full report: EUR 37.

One of the fascinating things about personal leadership is this:
You think you’re “just helping someone figure out a problem.”
Meanwhile your team sees you as:
the person who stays patient,
keeps things practical,
and makes difficult situations feel manageable.
You think:
“I should probably be more inspiring.”
Meanwhile your team just appreciates that you don’t make simple problems ten times more stressful than they need to be.
Honestly?
That alone makes you elite in some workplaces.
Leaders often underestimate what people pick up from them because the things that come naturally rarely feel important.
But people notice:
* who makes them breathe easier
* who makes meetings feel safe
* who doesn’t turn every issue into a drama series
* who keeps things steady when stress levels rise
They notice the calm,
the steadiness,
the jokes during stressful moments,
and the feeling that people can speak freely without fear.
That’s the idea behind the Beyond Boxes Index™.
It helps leaders understand the energy people experience from them every day:
• The Good Box
• The Bad Box
You can explore both free at https://BeBBY.ai.
And honestly?
Your team may already see strengths in you that you’ve overlooked for years.

One of the most underestimated risks in governance is not a lack of intelligence.
It is a lack of self-awareness.
Most boards today are operating in an environment of accelerating complexity: AI transformation, economic uncertainty, cybersecurity threats, workforce shifts, and increasing public scrutiny.
Yet many boards still evaluate leadership primarily on the basis of experience, financial performance, and technical expertise.
Those things matter. But they are incomplete.
Because under pressure, board dynamics are shaped less by what people know and more by how leaders process uncertainty, disagreement, and tension in real time.
That is where the Beyond Boxes Index™ becomes interesting.
Rather than focusing only on personality traits, it examines how leaders operate across three states:
- The Good Box — effective patterns under balanced conditions
- The Bad Box — stress responses that narrow perspective
- The Ugly Box — unconscious behaviours that quietly affect trust, communication, and decision quality
This matters because governance failures are rarely caused by a single bad decision.
More often, they emerge from patterns that went unexamined for too long.
The boards that will navigate the next decade successfully will not simply be the most experienced.
They will be the most aware.
Aware of blind spots. Aware of human dynamics. Aware of how leadership energy influences the quality of thinking inside the room.

One of the most important responsibilities of leadership is not simply setting direction.
It is setting the emotional tone of the room.
Especially when people are working closely together under pressure.
Because every team, no matter how talented, will eventually face moments of uncertainty: deadlines, miscommunication, fatigue, difficult conversations, and the quiet fear that perhaps things are not working as well as everyone hopes.
And in those moments, people look to the leader.
Not only for answers. But for steadiness. For trust. For clarity.
The challenge is that many leaders are unaware of the patterns they themselves bring into pressure.
Some become controlling. Some withdraw. Some avoid difficult conversations in order to keep the peace.
And while these reactions are deeply human, they shape a team's culture more than most leaders realise.
That’s why the Beyond Boxes Index™ was created.
It helps leaders understand the different versions of themselves that emerge under stress:
- The Good Box • The Bad Box • The Ugly Box
The Good Box and Bad Box insights are available free through the Index.
And for those ready to go deeper, the full report — including your Ugly Box, your blind spot, and one practical shift to help you move forward — is available for just EUR 37.
Honestly, it’s probably more of a gift than a fee.
Because self-awareness changes teams. It changes conversations. And often, it changes the leader, too.

Here's something nobody puts on a leadership development curriculum:
Your team is already proud of you.
Not because the strategy deck was clean. Not because you hit the targets.
Because when the project collapsed at 3 pm on a Thursday, you didn't look for someone to blame. You just said "okay — what do we do now?" and meant it.
That kind of leadership doesn't show up on a performance review.
But it stays with people.
- The calm you thought was ordinary? They call it safety.
- The listening you assumed was just basic manners? They call it respect.
- That humour you use to cut the tension in difficult meetings? They call it leadership.
You've been measuring yourself against a version of leadership that doesn't exist outside LinkedIn.
The one who has every answer, never doubts, and definitely doesn't Google "how to handle a difficult conversation at work" at 11 pm.
Your actual team — the real humans in real meetings with real deadlines — they're measuring something else entirely.
- Do I feel safe enough to tell the truth here?
- Can I make a mistake without it becoming a defining moment?
- Does this person have my back?
If the answer is yes, you're already the leader they need.
The Beyond Boxes Index™ won't make you someone different.
It will show you clearly who you already are — and which patterns quietly take over when pressure arrives.
Good Box + Bad Box insights are free.
Full report including your Ugly Box and blind spot: EUR 37.

Are you aware that your team has a name for the version of you that walks in on Monday mornings?
They haven't told you what it is.
They also have a name for the version that shows up the day before a big presentation. And the one that appears during budget conversations. And the one that says "I'm not frustrated" while typing loud enough to be heard from the hallway.
This is not a criticism. This is just what happens when humans lead other humans under pressure.
We develop patterns. We repeat them. And everyone around us — who has been watching much longer than we realise — quietly maps them.
The Beyond Boxes Index™ is the map.
Not a personality test. Not a leadership framework from 1987. A mirror that shows you the three versions of yourself your team has already identified: the Good Box, the Bad Box, and the Ugly Box — the one that replies "fine" in a tone that is not fine.
Good Box + Bad Box: free - as in no cost at all for you!

One of the strangest things about leadership is how quickly smart people stop telling the truth once stress enters the room. Have you noticed?
Not because they’re bad people.
A small team starts with excitement. Energy. Big ideas. Everyone is collaborating beautifully on Zoom while pretending not to panic inside.
Then pressure arrives.
Deadlines tighten. Communication gets weird. Suddenly, the leader says, “My door is always open…” while giving off an emotional vibe of “Enter and perish.”
And nobody mentions it.
That’s the fascinating part.
Most workplace problems are not actually strategy problems.
They’re human-behaviour problems disguised as strategy problems.
That’s why the Beyond Boxes Index™ is so interesting.
It helps leaders understand the patterns they fall into under pressure:
- The Good Box • The Bad Box • The Ugly Box
Now here’s the clever bit:
The Good Box and Bad Box are free.
Free.
Which is honestly suspicious in this economy.
But if you want the full analysis — including your Ugly Box, your blind spot, and the one shift most likely to improve the way you lead — it costs EUR 37.
Thirty-seven euros.
That’s less than most leadership books, and unlike many leadership books, this one may actually force you to confront yourself.
Which is rude. But useful.
Because the hardest person for any leader to manage is usually the version of themselves that appears when pressure hits.
And your team already knows that version very well.
