✨ What an incredible evening at our EMBATALK event! ✨

We had a full house of engaged RUMBA Alumni who actively participated in deep, thought-provoking discussions on diversity, inclusion, and the sense of belonging. The conversations went beyond the "what" to focus on the "how"—how we create environments where everyone feels truly valued.

One key takeaway from Dr. Lina Daouk-Öyry’s talk: simply adding diverse individuals to a team doesn’t solve the problem. It’s about fostering an environment where people feel they belong.

"Diversity is being invited to the party, inclusion is being invited to dance." — Verna Myers 💬

Thank you to Reykjavik University Executive MBA for making this happen and thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making this evening such a success! 🙌 If you missed it, don’t worry—our next event is just around the corner. Stay tuned for more details!
