𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻!
When we try to do something, we feel afraid at some point thinking that we might fail or loose. 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘂𝘀.
A part of our brain which is critical in the formation of memories, processing emotions and making decisions is triggered - ⁱᵗ ᵍᵒᵉˢ ʰᵃʸʷⁱʳᵉ!
Once it detects danger, it sends your body into fight-or-flight mode in which survival is the main goal.
When fear kicks in, most of the brain processing are diverted from their usual tasks to perform that survival function but at the same time compromises your decision making.

🅷🅾🆆 🆈🅾🆄 🅷🅰🅽🅳🅻🅴 🅵🅴🅰🆁
Fear might motivate you to work harder or crumble your emotional stability.
That is why you have to try and do something each day that pulls you out of your comfort zone. TAKE SMALL RISKS EVERYDAY!
As long as you continue to grow, the fear will always be there.
The only way to boost how you feel about youself is to step out and do what you are afraid of doing.
Going out to do something you are afraid of is the only way to eliminate the fear of doing it.
You are not the only one with fear, it's common for everyone.
Take responsibility for your life and bear in mind that you become paralyzed when you give up your own power in attempt to deal with fear. When you let go of your own responsibility, you set yourself in a place of pain and loose control of the fear in your life.
