Growing reishi always fascinates me. Eventually I will come around to grow some in a neat spiral, using a mobile light source and ventilation :)

Here we go again!

Last lab session for the year with local strains: Coprinus comatus (ullblekill) found in front of one of the LbhÍ buildings in Hvanneyri, Flammulina velutipes (veturfönungur) from my front yard and Agaricus campestris (túnkempa) found next to Bæjarkirkja.

All will hopefully one day fruit on Draumaland :-)

With all shiitake grow kits gone there are only a few lion's manes and reishi left. If you order in the next two days or so there's a good chance that they'll be delivered before Christmas :-) Next batch of lion's manes will be ready at the beginning of January.
