آب که جوش اومد ریختم روی کیسه چایی تو ماگ، حوصله دم کردن نداشتم.
یه معلم نانوایی داشتم قبل از شروع کلاس میگفت، “باید یه ماگ بزرگ چای درست کنی یه کم شیر بریز توش کنار دستت باشه بین کار، ریزه ریزه ازش بخوری کیف کنی. “
آخه انگلیسی بود.

چند وقت پیش زهرا
شیرینی کشمشی درست کرده بود و دلم شدید خواست درست کنم برای دوستامون هم بفرستم.

پودرشکر ۲۴۰ گرم
کره ۱۵۰ گرم حتما به دمای محیط برسه
تخم مرغ ۲ عدد متوسط
پودر هل نصف قاشق‌چایخوری
آرد شیرینی‌پزی ۲۹۰ گرم
کشمش پلویی ۱۰۰ گرم

پودرشکر تو کاسه همزن و با کره نرم شروع کردم به همزدن، تا سبک بشن.

یه قاشق چایخوری از معجونی که با رطب‌های پوست و هسته گرفته که با یه قاشق ارده و چندتا تیکه گردو و یه ذره کنجد بوداده مخلوط کردم خوردم. به من چایی خالی خالی مزه نمیده. ولی همون یه قاشق ‌چایخوری بسه از که بس بمبه.

تخم مرغ‌ها رو یکی‌یکی شکوندم و وقتی هم میزدم پودرهل هم اضافه کردم.
آرد رو با لیسک تو مواد مخلوط کردن یکم سخت بود، آخه خمیر نسبتا سفتی میشه.
کشمش رو کمتر از میزان دستور ریختم.
با اینکه کشمش قاطی پلو دوست دارم ولی بچهگیام همیشه از لایه شیرینی درشون میاوردم موقع خوردن، مثل تمام لوبیا سبزهای، لوبیاپلو که کنار بشقابم میموندن.

خمیر رو ریختم تو قیف و با فاصله پایپ کردم روی سینی فر، پودرشکر الک کردم روی شیرینی‌ها.
فر رو گذاشته بودم رو ۱۶۰ درجه کامل گرم شده بود، حدودا ۱۳-۱۴ دقیقه ‌ای طول کشید حاشیه طلایی دور شیرینی‌ها شکل بگیره.

وقتی ایران نیستی دلت حتی هوس اون چیزای که خیلی هم دوست نداشتی رو میکنه...
