The growth educators need doesn’t require a radical personality makeover. What we teachers need to grow personally and professionally is to take good care of ourselves, develop the art of relating to others, listening actively, and communicating effectively. Never forget the impact of self-evaluation and time management. برای تغییر حرکت رادیکال نیاز نداریم باید مراقب اهداف، حرفه ای و شغلی خود باشیم و با دقت و با برنامه ریزی حرکات بازی شغلی و زندگی مان را انجام بدیم

شما تو روزهای سخت چکار می‌کنید؟ وقتی کسی یا کسانی خیلی یهو یه کاری می‌کنند که انگار رفتیم زیر تریلی هجده چرخ ؟!
من اولش نهایت تلاش خودمو می‌کنم سکوت کنم
بعد به آرامی سعی می‌کنم حلش کنم ولی بعد خودم ارام نمیشم و به مرحله فرار از موضوع میرسم ولی فرار خیلی سخته 🥺🥺🥺یعنی بالاخره باید باهاش روبرو شد!
خلاصه اینکه مهربان باشیم ! مهربان باشیم ! مهربان باشیم حتی اگر کسی مهربانی های ما رو دوست نداشت 🥺😍 #مهربانی #احترام
