What's my best advice for those who want to improve their English?
The best way to learn a language is to keep in touch with it. You need to work on your skills everyday. The more you learn and the more you practice your skills, the better your English becomes. The less you learn, the more you forget the language. Said another way, use it or lose it. Learning on a daily basis will help you become familiar with the language and how people use it to communicate different ideas, which, in turn, will help you to think in English and eventually become more fluent.
Is it possible to speak and sound like a native speaker?
That's not what's important. The important thing is to speak in a natural way, without hesitation. That's what really matters. If you are obsessed with speaking like a native, you probably won't reach that level for quite a long time. When it takes longer than you expected to reach that level, you will be disappointed and maybe you will start to slack off and eventually give it all up. So, focus on learning to speak in a natural fluent way. Your main goal should be how to communicate your ideas in an effective and understandable way. Once you achieve that, then you can concentrate fully on how to sound like a native speaker.
I'm trying hard to improve my English, but at the end of the day I just realise that haven't really learned anything new. What should I do?
Learning a whole new language is not a walk in the park. If you don't know how to deal with all the amount of information that you need to learn in a smart way, you will be overwhelmed and stressed. As a learner of English and it doesn't matter what level you have, you don't have to learn too many new things everyday. There is so many things to learn, but you don't have to and should not learn them all at once. You have to do it step by step. Focus on one thing at a time. Our minds cannot absorb too much information at once. Our minds are designed to learn one thing at a time. When learning a language or basically any new skill, keep this information in mind. You learn best when you make sense of what you learn, and you cannot do that when you are forcing your mind to absorb tons of information.
