In 1386 Abedi CNG Cylinder manufacturing Co signed a contract with IKCO, so that entire studies, researches and product design started from that date.

Product design in entirely accomplished in the factory and the design of the machines,systems,dies and the necessary equipment’s are took the amount of 75000 person hours.

More than 80% of the production equipment’s is manufactured by the company and the other interior manufactures.

More than 20 interior manufactures was accomplished the manufacturing, installation and operating the equipment’s in 9 months equivalent to 2400000 person –hours.

Some of the taken investments in Abedi Machine manufacturing Co for manufacturing the type I CNG cylinders are as follow :

1) Equipment’s , hydraulic press machines , dies and the transportation systems made to use in the deep drawing line : about 130,000,000,000 Rials.

2)Special machines for manufacturing of CNG cylinders like hot spinning machine, heat treatment furnace,coating line and ,… : about 60,000,000,000 Rials.

3) Manufacturing lab, mechanic lab, chemistry lab and the test equipment’s : about 20,000,000,000 Rials

4) Utilities including pipings, electricity, water, Gas, telephone and …: 30,000,000,000 Rials.
