Eye Protection Project; Work of a young inventor of Penjwen
The eye protection project is an intelligent and healthy invention by Hastyar Rzgar, a student of the Penjwen City of Learning program, which he developed after participating in the courses and professional activities of the program and is a proud achievement for Penjwen.
The project aims to protect the eyes of viewers from the damage of getting too close to the TV screen, with an intelligent mechanism that works on the basis of a certain distance:
First warning: When the viewer reaches a distance of 150 centimeters from the screen, the device warns him in Kurdish not to get any closer.
Second warning: If the viewer disobeyed and crossed the distance, he was warned again in Kurdish: “Go back, otherwise the TV will turn off”.
Smart shutdown: If the viewer stays at a distance of less than 150 cm for 3 seconds, the device automatically turns off the TV and does not restart until it is moved to a safe distance.
Setting the 3-second license is to ensure that the mere passage of time in front of the screen doesn't cause the TV to shut down, but only reacts when actually stopped in dangerous range.
