The university at night is not just a building,
but a world full of dreams and hopes,
that tomorrow, with a new day,
will become reality and success. 🌙 🌌

A collection of designs with the sacred Kurdistan flag in medival & gothic style in the Middle Ages.

“Medieval” and “Gothic” in the context of Kurdish history and literature refer to two distinct areas: the historical medieval period (roughly 5th–15th century) where Kurds held significant power, and the application of “Gothic” elements in modern Kurdish literature as a tool to analyze socio-political, psychological, and dark themes.

“Please, world, please look at us. My people are being slaughtered. The Kurds are being ethnically cleansed right now in Syria. The man that the world is now calling a ‘revolutionary,’ Jolani—he is a terrorist. He was on the most wanted list for ISIS!

They are entering our homes, they are taking our women as slaves, they are killing our children. These are the same people who fought ISIS.
to protect you, to protect the whole world. And now, you are watching them die. You are funding the people killing them.

I am begging you, share this. Don’t look away. My people have no one but you. Please, stop the ethnic cleansing of the Kurds. Save Kurdistan!”

Winter has come to the warm halls of uni,
Where knowledge hums beneath lamps’ soft glow.
Cold winds wait outside the ancient doors,
But inside, ideas begin to grow.

Coats hang heavy with falling snow,
Pens move fast while the world slows down.
Between pages, seasons are forgotten,
As minds build bridges, thought by thought, sound by sound.

Today, the flag of Kurdistan speaks,
with the voice of a heart that has struggled for freedom for centuries.
In its red lives the blood of sacrifices,
in its green, the hope of a child who still believes,
and the golden sun at its center,
like the heart of the homeland, never dies.
Our flag stands high because we chose to rise.

In the heart of Erbil… there is a place
where dreams begin.
