This week, Arizanti Academy delivered a two-day training titled “Teamwork Efficiency” to a group of employees from Azinda L.L.C. (Azinda) — a dynamic company specializing in home interior products, from kitchens to outdoor furniture in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
The sessions explored what makes a team truly effective, touching on essential topics like leadership, planning, motivation, communication, and conflict management. Through a combination of short lectures, open discussions, and interactive games, participants engaged deeply with the material and reflected on their role in contributing to stronger teamwork and greater impact.
This training is part of our ongoing partnership with Azinda L.L.C., which began nearly a year ago. Since then, we’ve been committed to supporting their team’s recruitment, training, and overall growth. We're proud to be part of their development journey and to continue contributing as they strengthen their presence and impact in the market.

Emotional Intelligence Training
We are thrilled to share the success of our recent training sessions at Arizanti Academy, where we had the privilege of working closely again with our esteemed partners at Arminas Construction L.L.C. (arminas.iraq).
Over the past two years, Arizanti Academy has been committed to enhancing the skills and capabilities of Arminas' dedicated team through a series of tailored training programs. Our most recent endeavor focused on the crucial aspect of Emotional Intelligence (EI).
Two dynamic groups from Arminas Company were the recent beneficiaries of our Emotional Intelligence training sessions. The first group, consisted of the Sales force at Arminas Luxury Showroom, engaged in a transformative experience on Nov 27-28, 2023. Subsequently, the Business Office members immersed themselves in the training on Dec 4-6, 2023.
The training delved into the four key domains of Emotional Intelligence: Self-awareness Skills, Self-management Skills, Social Awareness Skills, and Relationship Management Skills. Participants were equipped with valuable tools to assess their current EI levels and empowered to develop and elevate their Emotional Quotients (EQs). These newfound skills are designed to enhance performance within the company, foster better collaboration with colleagues and managers, and elevate interactions with customers.

Elevating Employee Onboarding: A Game-Changing Collaboration!

Arizanti Academy and Arminas Construction L.L.C. (Arminas Iraq) have partnered to create a new onboarding program that goes beyond traditional methods. The program is designed to help new employees feel more connected to the company and to their colleagues, and to develop the skills they need to be successful in their roles.
The partnership between Arizanti Academy and Arminas Construction L.L.C. is a model for how businesses can improve their onboarding process by integrating it into the recruitment process. This allows new employees to start learning about the company even before they start working, through an immersive training session that introduces them to the company's culture, operations, and values.
The program also covers essential soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Here are some of the key features of the program:
- It is integrated with the recruitment process, so new employees can start learning about the company even before they start working.
- It is immersive, so new employees get a deep understanding of the company's culture, operations, and values.
- It covers essential soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- The assessment component of the training program evaluates participants' personalities, attitudes, and performance using a variety of tools. This helps to create a comprehensive assessment of each participant's strengths and weaknesses, as well as their (EQ) and (IQ). This information can be used to improve the full utilization of the employees' potentials and provide valuable insights into their potential contributions within the company.

Recently, Arizanti Academy successfully identified and recruited 18 outstanding candidates, who have now joined the ranks of Arminas Construction L.L.C. across various departments. Throughout July and August, these 18 new employees received 4-day training, including a one-day company orientation day along with three days of discussing various essential soft skills.

The program is still in its early stages, but it has already received positive feedback from both new employees and managers. The partners are confident that the program will be a valuable asset to both companies.

After successfully delivering the “Essential Sales Skills Training” last week, we managed to deliver a new training this week; (Advance Sales Techniques) for another group of salespersons from (Arminas Construction L.L.C.) (arminas.iraq) on April 17-19, 2023.
The training program focused on the concept of "Sales Cycle," providing the participants with detailed information on the most efficient sales techniques and strategies that can help them achieve their sales targets with confidence. The participants were engaged in fruitful discussions, and they gained valuable insights on how to optimize the sales process.

Our first training in the new office has been successfully delivered for a group of young and dynamic salesperson from of (Arminas Construction L.L.C.) (arminas.iraq) who received a three-day training, took place from April 10-12, 2023, on (Essential Sales Skills).
During the training, participants engaged in fruitful discussions on the critical role of salespersons in the selling process, buyer personalities, buyer behaviors, and decision-making processes. This training is essential in providing the sales team with important skills to support their ongoing tasks, enhance their sales processes, and develop into stronger sales professionals.
It was a rewarding experience working with these young and fresh salespersons, and we look forward to their continued success in their sales roles.
