خطوات معادلة شهادة الصيدلة في كندا ببساطة

على المستوى الفيدرالي:

تتم عن طريق ال PEBC
Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada

أولاً:
Documents Evaluation
تقوم ببعث شهادتك و باقي المستندات المكلوبة لتقييم شهادتك اذا كانت تعادل شهادة صيدلة في كندا من الناحية الاكاديمية.

ثانياً:
Evaluating Exam
امتحان شامل لعلوم الصيدلة الاساسية و السريرية (ملخص ما درسته خلال سنين الكلية).
هذا الامتحان مخصص فقط للطلاب الحاصلين على شهادة الصيدلة من خارج كندا.

ثالثاً:
Qualifying Exam
Part 1: MCQ
Part 2: OSCE

هذا الامتحان به جزئين يمكن اجتيازهم سوية او اجتياز كل واحد منهم بمفرده

هذا الامتحان لخريجي الصيدلة الكنديين و الغير كنديين كذلك

امتحان ال MCQ يركز على الجوانب السريرية اكثر مع بعض الحسابات الصيدلانية و ال pk و قوانين مزاولة المهنة على المستوى الفدرالي.

امتحان ال OSCE هو امتحان عملي ياتي على شكل سيناريوات افتراضية لحالات قد تصادفك في حياتك اليومية كصيدلي لتقييم القدرات العملية و العلمية في الواقع.

بعد اجتياز هذه الامتحانات تقوم بالتسجيل في المقاطعة التي ترغب بمزاولة مهنة الصيدلة فيها و هنا ستقوم بمتطلبات اضافية تمليها الولاية. غالبا هذه المتطلبات تشمل اجتياز امتحان للغة الانجليزية و قوانين الصيدلة الخاصة بالمقاطعة مع ساعات تدريب. و احيانا بعض الكورسات الجامعية في الصيدلة.

مهنة الصيدلة في كندا

*الايجابيات:
-وفرة فرص العمل.
-راتب جيد (المعيشة غالية).
-مهنة الصيدلة في توسع مع السماح للصيدلي بتقديم المزيد من الخدمات الصحية ككتابة بعض الوصفات، اعطاء عدد اكبر من الحقن و اللقاحات، و غيرها من الخدمات الصحية المدفوعة الثمن من قبل الدولة.

*السلبيات:
-سيطرة الشركات الكبيرة على ال community pharmacy مما يؤدي لعدة جوانب سلبية كزيادة الضغط على الصيدلي ليقوم بخدمات اكثر و يحقق مبيعات اكبر للصيدلية.
-كثرة الصيدليات الخاصة و صعوبة نجاحها بدون طبيب عائلة.
- ساعات العمل الغير منتظمة ( مساءً، عطلة نهاية الاسبوع).
-الراتب لا يزيد الا قليلاً مع سنين الخبرة عدا في حالات معينة.

أخيراً، اضف الى النقاط اعلاه صعوبة معادلة شهادة الصيدلة و التي تختلف من شخص الى اخر، بعض الناس يكملون المعادلة ب1-2 سنة و آخرون يستغرقون 4-5 سنوات او اكثر اضافة الى المصاريف المادية.
